Lol, fair, I mainly root for the Bruins, which is why I was confused.I meant Vegas only, lol. And yes, cheating.
But, hey, rooting for Vegas is better than rooting for the Astros!

Not as good as the baseball hall of fame, but I loved my trip to Toronto. If you're interested, the Hockey Hall of Fame might be worth checking out. I went there during my last visit, took some photos too.
noted! that even goes along with the theme bc my roommate's spouse is a hockey fanatic (he was a toronto fan up until they ditched their gm, is also a wild fan since childhood since he's from minnesota originally)If you're interested, the Hockey Hall of Fame might be worth checking out. Is it, though? But, hey, rooting for Vegas is better than rooting for the Astros!
Vegas circumvented something technically legal. Is it, though?
Technically correct is the best kind of correct, BUT Vegas sucks. So fuck VegasVegas circumvented something technically legal.
The Astros legitimately broke the rules.
So, yes. Yes it is.
You are entitled to that opinion and I will not begrudge you thatTechnically correct is the best kind of correct, BUT Vegas sucks. So fuck Vegas
It's not like they even needed to cheat, they're a good team when they play by the rules, that's what's frustrating. You are entitled to that opinion and I will not begrudge you that
I'm with you. They will likely lose. But I'd like to see it be semi-competitive.Round 2 lets goooo. I expect a Bruins loss but I never expected much this season. Just don't embarrass yourselves!
edmonton/vancouver: whichever team wins this series will get swept by whoever wins the dallas/avs series. book it
Debating if I should make that photo my profile background. That's a beautiful shot man. The needle and the Blue Jays stadium were awesome.
Florida is a superior team. I'd rather them win 2-3 and show an underdog story than get blown out honestly.I think I would feel better about losing this series in 5 (maybe even being swept) than I would about losing the last one in 7 by quite a large margin.
Anything else is just gravy.
Nope. Lol.And I feel that goal might be the winning goal.
By all means, keep posting then. lolThe more I post about low scoring the more scoring there will be.
Agreed, he's the reason the Bruins are still in this.Nope. Lol.
But I agree. If the Bruins go anywhere this year, it's on the back of Swayman. Who can't be blamed for that goal. He's been excellent to that point.
5.How many times have the Bruins gotten this stupid too much man penalty so far in the playoffs
Absolutely. That was a shot they needed to take and he realized it.5.
And I've been the biggest voice of "Sit Lohri" but god damn he's the only one shooting the puck on that blueline. I'll take that one. Pretty goal.
Yep, I said it the whole Leafs series. Forecheck, get players to the net and SHOOT.Absolutely. That was a shot they needed to take and he realized it.
More of that please.
With none of those goals coming from players you'd expect.Who had Boston getting dominated in Florida for Game one but leading 4-1 in the 3rd on their Playoff Bingo Card?
Right?! And Pastrnak has two breakaways and can't score on either. With none of those goals coming from players you'd expect.
Swayman letting the team know he's got their backs is definitely providing a huge morale boost. On top of that, it appears blowing another 3-1 series lead in the first round was a wake-up call. The team was an inch away from making sports history for the wrong reason. That alone should give the Bruins a good swift kick in the ass and light a fuse.I'll take that game 1 win. Set a tone. Swayman play outstanding, hopefully getting in Florida's head like he was Toronto. Prove their secondary players will score too.
Good game for the B's showing they won't just roll over.
I still think Florida wins this series. If Boston doesn't do something about literally letting them cycle and shoot for 2 minutes straight in their own end, this is going to be a long and frustrating series.Swayman letting the team know he's got their backs is definitely providing a huge morale boost. Hopefully they turn that into a positive like they did last night. They fought hard for a well-earned win.
Didn't you predict the Panthers winning? All is going in accordance with the prophecies.
Didn't you predict the Panthers winning?
I am now rooting for a Bruins vs Stars cup.
Because I can.
It's called hard modecarolina LOVES committing a penalty in the middle of their power play
I will say it feels as if every single power play has dried up in the playoffs. Good or bad. Except maybe Edmonton's, but that's because McDavid is a fucking robot.the last 7 canes losses in the playoffs (including last year's sweep by the panthers) have all come by one goal including one overtime, two double overtimes, and one quadruple overtime. the canes haven't won a playoff game in overtime since may 11 of last year. the canes power play is 0 for 10 in this current series...
it's so funny that this team was the favorite entering the playoffs
the rangers power play sure hasn't lost any steam lolI will say it feels as if every single power play has dried up in the playoffs. Good or bad. Except maybe Edmonton's, but that's because McDavid is a fucking robot.
Like Brannigan's law, hard & fast. It's called hard mode
Yes!@Crystal - How about I promise if the Stars win the Cup this year, I'll buy a Championship hat in your honor?
