I think he is counterproof in general. Not ongoing or on reveal, action is always last so no chance to Shang

Awesome! Anytime a HE deck is defeated it is something to celebrate. Duck that deck

Is it that strong? I've never really had much issue with it (limited sample size).

It's seen some nerfs but it's still solid. When HE was new I was running an HE Control deck that was pretty unstoppable for a couple weeks

obviously a lot of the skill in this is from knowing decks and having plans for them. it's harder to beat a deck you don't know or can't predict.

so far where I'm at HE decks are SUPER rare, and frankly I got lucky in my first one.

Yeah I think they've generally fallen out of favor. I used to just retreat as soon as it became apparent it was an HE deck, but with some of the nerfs to the deck, its easier to handle.

I think HE is very reliant on one gameplan, and there does not seem to be a lot of contingencies for them to adapt on the fly.
