Wait it gave you thanos and then the thanos variant on the next ?

I don't think it's supposed to do that. Like 4 caches is supposed to guarantee all 4 cards to hit. Like it should have removed a thanos card from the pool and 1/3 to draw mirage/mold/random s4s5.

Yeah, I didn't think it was possible. Figured it was a glitch because I cached (hehe) them in so quickly together. But on the other hand, it's a cool and kinda rare variant so it's NBD IMO.

I don’t think so. I already had knull when his came around and it gave me a variant

I wish cards that variants for cards have secondary cards created (thanos, brood, korg, mysterio etc) would also have variants of those secondary cards.

Like I get why it doesn't work since for the majority the artwork is sourced from preexisting covers but sometimes the styles clash

I think Daken is gonna be one of those cards that beats me a ton but I can never get to work well for me.

Also omg I was just grinding Conquest to get that Mister Sinister that looks like Nandor the Relentless and I swear I just went against the same deck being used by 5 different people. Just Darkhawks and Captains Marvel as far as the eye could see.

Pretty sure I've queued into bots like 3 quarters of my matches.

Bots exist for mainly two purposes, to cut down queue waits and to inject extra cubes. Some bots are very very bad and if you notice you can juice some easy 8 cube wins. Some play better.


There is also so called "cheater bots" and they know how every draw in the game will go, how ever random event will occur and even get to see your play before they act, but they are like only at super high MMR level

All I’ve done this season was get this variant, so I think it’s been a successful season already

Edit: also pulled nimrod from my first spotlight cache so he’s slotting into my destroy deck right now and I’ll be able to save a cache for next week

Edit2: and black panther as my free series 3 card. This is a nice night so far. @canadaguy should I slot BP into my destroy deck for a possibility of shuri and Zola with him?

Can always test it out in conquest. Lower stakes, don't have to worry about losing rank while you learn it

I honestly don’t care about losing ranks. That’s one of the things I love about this game, it doesn’t make me upset even if I lose 10+ ranks

edit:

i like move too... when it comes off anyway. after this the boosters were for multiple man so i upgraded him, and it led to my collectors cache giving me deadpool! very excited, really wanted him for destroy.

Day 1 Deckcrafting:

I'm a season pass guy (Google Play Points and Coupons make it less impactful on the wallet) so I wanted to come up with something for Daken. Not a huge fan of the Muramasa Shard costing 1, feels like that makes him almost a worse Thor...but you 100% get the Shard unlike Mjolnir. But then you have to invest an additional card to actually proc the Shard. So I decided that, in theory, I like Thor more. But I wanted to test them against each other.

So I made this hybrid Destroy/Surfer deck. Sera Surfer has always been strong and has been one of the decks I could lean on when things are rough.

1. Sunspot
2. Carnage
2. Goose
3. Brood
3. Silver Surfer
3. Gambit
3. Venom
3. Daken
3. Thor
3. Negasonic Teenage Warhead
3. Maximus
5. Sera

Carnage, Venom, NTW, and Gambit all there to help proc the Shard and all but Carnage gets love from the Surfer. NTW adds some lane control too and in a healthy body if she lives to see the surfboard. It's pretty fun so far, but it's early.
