Jon's tell is almost certainly seems to be that every new sentence needs to be a new paragraph, or something about not being allowed to use punctuation to separate sentences. I haven't seen any posts where he has actual punctuation.

So I do want to point out a distinct possibility where Local and Tommy could both end up being mafia. I don't believe it to be the case, but it would be a pretty good strategy to have them both come up with a clue that points to someone to lead us that way, and then have them "verified" after that. It lines up well with strategy that Zell pointed out for mafia to have multiple "seers" post something to verify someone as evil, and if Zell is also on mafia it would be a strategy he could come up with. Sacrifice himself to get in the long game.

However, I don't feel that to be the case right now. Just worth mentioning as a possibility.

Why don't I feel that to be the case? There's only a single version of each role in this game, and it's tough odds to try and claim two of them without knowing for sure they're not already taken. None of the revealed roles so far are duplicates, and no one is out there screaming for either of them to be guilty based on the roles they've claimed (would be pretty easy to say "there's no way you're this role, definitely guilty" without needing to role claim yourself, and no one as done that). So either they're very lucky and grabbed two roles that weren't selected, a person who actually has one of those roles has decided to not call them out, or they're actually who they say they are (at least one of them, that is).

lol I started going through everyone to see if there was anything that would pop up as a tell or something that was consistent between the days. Your post count each day made it pretty easy to spot something.

Here are a few recent examples where he uses punctuation. I think he's Mafia 100%

Local: references to drinking (none yet today)
Zell: Animals (none yet today)
FR: food (none yet today)

The last two seem weaker to me.

Benzine was laughing at the end of a lot of posts, so that was probably his tell.

Have there been any others throughout the entire game? Because if not, then Jon is potentially lying about there being a Conman. It would be weird for the mafia to select people to have tells and then kill them, and the mad bomber has only killed one townie. That would leave 2 people who should also have tells at this point in addition to the remaining 3 mafia members.

It will be easy to tell if any of Zell, Local, or FR post with their tell by the end of the day. Both Tommy and Kelly we'd need to wait until tomorrow for it most likely. But as of right now I feel like the 3 remaining mafia members are among the 4 (or up to 6) listed above. If anyone finds any other tells, please point them out so we can examine and watch throughout the day.

Mad Bomber could be just about anyone else at this point, but Tubby is a reasonable suspect. However, both Zell and Myself pointed out yesterday that the best plan for the bomber would be to select the person with the fewest posts a to not eliminate any other suspects. So either it was a necessity for Tubby, or it was someone making a smart play.

I considered this as a possibility too, but I don't think Tommy has it in him, sorry Tommy. I was baddies with him one game and it really took a toll on him to lie. I think he's being earnest. I still haven't made my mind up about Local, but if he turns out to be mafia, Tommy might be a good next lead though I still doubt it.

Jon -- there's a logic to him claiming there is a con man, in order to hide behind his tell. It's a very obvious tell now that we know what it is, so it makes sense he'd want to play defense. He could be telling the truth. But even if he is telling the truth, that doesn't exempt him from being the bomber.

Last thing before I go to bed -- now with everyone reading too much into tells, I'm wary of doing things like using italics, parentheses, etc.

There's a reason why I said the ones for you and Tommy are weaker than the others. Those are the "stretch tells" of the bunch.

Although I honestly could see vash and christina come up with a tell that's "you must post exactly this number of times each day" just because it's funny, and because there's already two roles that have something to do with post counts.

I've only said that about the word "badgering", which contains the word "badger". In both uses, the person still made two animal name posts that day (though none the next). I did not see any others.
