As news of the Mad Bomber's threats and rumors of a resurgent Mafia hit the streets, The City is thrown into a panic. Fingers are pointed, accusations levied. Paranoia grips The City in an iron fist, as everything out of the ordinary is seen as a possibly nefarious action.

At the end of the day, the police have to make an arrest to avoid a riot. And thus, Fool's Requiem is taken into custody for the sake of calming the nerves of the citizenry.

Hopefully the night will pass without incident and tomorrow will be much...quieter.
