New game idea:

Salem Witch Trials

No one is a real witch, but people have been identified as them. These people are given Tells that identify them as a witch. In order to get a guilty verdict at a trial the tells need to be identified correctly. If a non-witch goes to trial, whatever "tell" that is identified is counted as accurate and the person is executed. No one is killed at night because there are no actual witches. There are no roles other than "Not-Witch" and "Witch" - the game ends either when all the "witches" are gone or when "x" number of non-witches are killed.

Needs some more thought though.
