Also if Zell has the animal tell and doesn't post a second animal today, you know what happens? He's revealed as mafia. He's not killed (right @VashTheStampede ? The question is if any mafia member doesn't do their tells, what happens?)

Jon is saying there's a conman in order to "reveal" very confidently that there's no mafia lawyer.

No one else is conned.

The mafia benefits by us thinking there's no lawyer, because it changes our math on a path to victory.

Also my point there was that if he's revealed so what at this point. He's already the main suspect and either he posts another animal and it becomes obvious or he doesn't post one and he's revealed anyway.

So going back to my previous post, the only people with obvious tells are:

FR: food - 0 mentions today in either direct posts or quotes (claims peeping tom)
Zell: animals - 1 mention in quote, potentially willing to wait it out to just be revealed anyway
Local: alcohol/drinking: many mentions via quote today (claims snitch)
Jon: no punctuation: completed today

So we either have a case where we can't figure out additional tells, or we have 2 mafia members willing to be revealed tomorrow (if local or Jon are not guilty)


From everyone else:

Kelly cannot be bomber, and no tell, so assuming citizen.
Kut appears to be bailiff
cg = jerk librarian
tommy = gypsy (no obvious tell and was able to come up with the knowledge first - also "death" is a solid/logical pick for a card)
me = I know I'm a citizen, obviously - have no tells and was the one to figure out and point out the "quotes count" thing (which no mobster would volunteer if no one had knowledge of it yet)


That leaves tubby as bomber.

FYI, after day 1 these people could not be bomber:

All 3 of those could have been picks day 2 without revealing anyone else as in the clear outside of tubby.
