Hopefully, all three of us have a good season next year and we can try dominating the playoffs again. Maybe the Twins can avoid crashing down the stretch and we can squeeze 4 AL Central teams into the playoffs.

Disappointed, but not getting too wound up over it. If we were going to have a stinker of a game, might as well get it out of the way right now, then focus on getting back in this tomorrow. What matters is how the team responds.

Fuck all the doomer fans who only post to shit on players and coaches in the game thread whenever something bad happens. Yes, Clase gave up two runs, but fuck, that doesn't make him the worst human being on the planet. Got people comparing him to Jose Mesa as if he wasn't a massive reason for why Cleveland is in the playoffs. Same with Jose, too many people shitting on him, calling him anti-clutch. Gimenez and Naylor, too. Cleveland sports fans can be so irritating.

I feel your pain having to put up with that shit. It's the constant negativity & drama that drove me away from being involved in Leafs/Blue Jays circles. Like with the Leafs for instance, if you said anything positive about the team or disagreed with the negative narratives that were being pushed by the media & fanbase, you'd get called down to the dirt for it.
