Yup. Medium can do whatever they want, albeit only at night. (Or day, IDK I actually don't read the roles that closely.)

Ritualist is far, far stronger - as long as you're careful. You just need to have it in place before the person dies, which is why having Ritualist + Marksman + Tough Guy was the play I wanted. Tough Guy would guard Ritualist, Ritualist applies Spell to Marksman as a failsafe, if Marksman lives through the night apply Spell to Tough Guy to bring them back when they croak at the end of the day.

Could make arguments in a couple of places, but ultimately - Kelly pegged Dean, Benzine did indeed see you as the Illusionist. I believe both are legit.

Alu managed to skirt by without having to prove himself, he chose Tubby over Tommy, I would have to look deeper into voting patterns to be super certain (shortkut pushed for the day to wrap up quickly, so I dropped it).

I will apologize to @Dean here in this post. I was mostly in aloof/scatterbrain phase tonight, not really pursuing thoughts beyond a very surface level and generally goofing off. Hunkering down a little, it's very easy to reverse course and get something that sits better personally and ethically but also conforms to the claims actually being made within the context of the game.

We should all definitely abstain from swearing on anything besides the Altar of Baphomet going forward, though.

- shortkut will have likely gone after Vash, because canadaguy's claim is known to him and Smacktard has bolstered it

Because Dean is aware I don't trust Alu, but I had faith in shortkut, hopefully he'll stick with and vote alongside shortkut. YMMV on Kelly. If Vash dies midday, that should vindicate Dean in his eyes and they can form a 3-2 coalition against Alu and Benzine. The town was in such a fucking rush to fuck themselves over that Kelly probably isn't doing his role action tonight, thinking he's going to be dead.

I'm not 100% certain if TD gets revived tonight or tomorrow night. If it's tonight, that's 4-2 and I think the town can clinch it so long as TD is compelling enough in his arguments. And I have every confidence that he is.

I don't know if I randomly saw someone suggest Alu was the marksman a while back and I just forgot or if I literally just considered who the marksman was and figured it was Alu and then saw the mentions of Alu being the Marksman afterward. To me, Alu being the Marksman just makes so much sense. I didn't see him openly claim a role (unless I missed it), and I feel he is smart enough to know how valuable it is and to not just spit it out.

There's a lot of wiggle room, to be certain. That last table sits the best with me because if we change things we're bumping into those promises, and... I mean it's possible, but, I'm kind of just going to avoid that. I've already told someone on GWF to steamroll their partner to protect their child, with predictable results.

shortkut is the wrench here because he can't be a wolf, and Local has now confessed to being the Fool. An Avenger claim as the Illusionist makes a ton of sense - the wolves can't kill you at night, and if they think you're going to blow them up at night they're going to try and avoid lynching you for a while too.

Alu has lowkey claimed Marksman since his very first post in the game, but has never fired a shot. Always swapping targets. It's not impossible that he's actually the Marksman, but because of the Unknown aura I'm going to specifically state that it's most likely either Alu or Dean would be the Alpha. And if Kelly is to be believed to be an RRV Sheriff - which changes even more of the alignment if not - then Dean can't be a wolf.

Dean could only be a wolf if canadaguy's check with Vash got affected by Shaman.

Again, lots of wiggle room - but you gotta settle somewhere.

I, Tubbeth the 23rd, do solemnly admit to having lied about the circumstances of Ben's death. I was in fact not watching Ben die but instead was spending a dreary night watching what happened at Casa del Raine.

Out of a mounting concern that this town was "fucked" I decided to blatantly lie throwing Raine and Tommy Boy up as targets (people who were the top of my target list). While regrettable in the confusion made, Tommy's death is a stark reminder that a white lie will get you places. In this case, killed the next day.
