Benzene dropped in once to check in and then dipped, making a joke about no night actions and hasn't been seen since. Low profile could be suspect or he could be biding his time as one of us. Can't even possibly take a stab at it.

I said last night that I was going to go quiet because all I've done is make myself more suspicious by wanting to vote.

So, Tommy was very eager to start a bandwagon by stating he was absolutely not going to Abstain and would be voting for someone. He then proceeded not to do that whatsoever. Kut stated Wolves love jumping on bandwagon Day One. You said your wolf strat was getting townies to lynch strong players while getting rid of easy kills in the night. It gave him a great out to look suspicious. He's also very eager to agree with you at every turn. I believe he does believe you're the Witch, and is trying to stay on your good side so you don't use your kill power on him.

we know 4 good roles. and you can at BEST take out two of them. But then you lose your super kill, and all the other abilities that are or could be present in the game will have easy pickings on you lot.

Assuming you are all townies like you claim, smart move is to silence shortkut with the superkill because he can out someone as not a townie.

You should not vote for me because people like Killface, Benzine, and Alu haven't said little to nothing and have zero suspicion, but the only suspicion toward me has been generated from the idea that I wanted to vote. I just don't think it's strong enough to garner an accusation, but if that's how you really feel, it would be smarter to investigate me first rather than just vote for me. But something might happen to you before that can happen which would instantly paint me red. I think the wolves have so much to go off tonight that their plan is to create as much chaos as possible. They will not go for an easy kill, they are going to kill the loudest and most logical person tonight.

After they were stating that, Zell posted the below to ask us to stop doing that, implying that what they were sharing was accurate. No direct clear confirmation, just reading between the lines

I know you're in NZ, and I know adult life has people busy. but you either gotta have the commitment of you don't. 36 hours is plenty for you to get in at least once, even if you miss "peek hours", but you can still be involved.

some time later Holly came in to say that I was definitively lying, I was 100% an enemy, and there was no doubt in her mind.

I asked why

she said "because"

I pressed. she said "fine, I'm the witch, Cole is not, he is a wolf"

then she was informed that there is potentially more than one witch in the game. it was around this time I had quoted verbatim from the DM I got me informing my role. to which Holly said "shit I was wrong, Cole just quoted the same dm I have. he's definitely a witch also"

then zell posted asking not to use stuff from the PM, which means (as shortkut said) it's not 100% confirmation that what j shared was accurate, but it is a safe inference.

I'm good with the plan as it stands now. But I would like to point out to @shortkut that if announcing that you're using @Cole as your base every night is a bad move based on this role that apparently everyone just looked over:

Shaman wolf: Can select a player to enchant for the current/following night. They will show as the wolf shaman to all seer roles. This ability has unlimited uses, but cannot be used if the shaman wolf is the only wolf alive. Aura: Evil

the question is, is the detective a "seer" role. I agree it is in a sense, but when we have roles named specifically "aura seer" and "spirit seer", I feel like zells word is deliberate.

If I understand it correctly, that would make Cole or Ants look like the wolf shaman instead of the actual shaman. If ants is killed as a townie, then that means we lynch Cole. If Cole is truthful about him, then I get lynched and the wolves would have played us quite well. If ants is anything but a townie, it doesn’t change our plan as of this point

If I understand it correctly, that would make Cole or Ants look like the wolf shaman instead of the actual shaman. If ants is killed as a townie, then that means we lynch Cole. If Cole is truthful about him, then I get lynched and the wolves would have played us quite well. If ants is anything but a townie, it doesn’t change our plan as of this point

Pretty sure Ants basically admitted to not being a townie already. Stick with the plan that you all have come up with while I was driving. It's a good one based on what we know.

the question is, is the detective a "seer" role. I agree it is in a sense, but when we have roles named specifically "aura seer" and "spirit seer", I feel like zells word is deliberate.

Claiming a townie role, trying to get others to blab theirs, and constantly claiming you're being "honest" are all exactly soomething a wolf would do to gather more information and acquire the trust of others. You could have easily told Holly to play along. shortkut can easily claim that you and Ants are on different teams because you and shortkut are wolves and Ants isn't. Even if shortkut isn't in league with you, him stating that you and Ants are on different teams doesn't come off any less true.

I only spoke up because it seemed like Ants was being bullied out of the game for no good reason and all of a sudden, I'm in league with him.

And what fucking grudge do you think I have? I stated on several occasions that I consider your actions to be suspect. Especially after seeing how you play this game as a wolf from the last game. Every single thing you've done is un-townie like.

you're very fucking clearly bitter over the course of this game, you're not arguing about it in good faith, you're just sniping at shortkut and I because *you* didn't like our strategy.

I "tried to get" one person to tell their role, you. shortkut volunteered his after I did. Ryan effectively got called out and had to reveal his. Holly did the same thing. I didn't ASK them, they either chose to, or had to.

I requested it of two people. Ants, and you. For Ants, it was almost entirely for sport. I already know Ants is guilty, I wanted to see if he could try and fight it.

So Tubby has been pretty quiet. He chimed in a bit to Abstain and also brought up the Berserker. Possible he has that on the mind, as many people didn't read all of the roles available.

Benzene dropped in once to check in and then dipped, making a joke about no night actions and hasn't been seen since. Low profile could be suspect or he could be biding his time as one of us. Can't even possibly take a stab at it.

Jawneh hasn't said much, and I thought I remembered them being rather active the first game, but I could be misremembering.

Was going to edit then remembered to not do that.

The first statement is about if you're inexperienced and see players make a statement that dooms them, just to be clear (that's the damned if you do part). The second part is that being quiet will definitely draw suspicious suspicion if there's no reason for you to be quiet (like my bad timing that I called out during the sign up thread).
