So, they could have 6 right now. And that means the arsonist could feasibly win tomorrow. So, it would be in the best interest of the town and wolves to find and KILL the SK at this point for FEAR of the arso. Thefact NO ONE is considering this should be the red flag. Plus, the arso would likely have pulled the trigger by now to make it a VERY small game thus far. So if I were playing, this would have been my focus... it's hard watching NO ONE talk about it. Wolf OR Town. The SK is a real threat in this game and neither side thinks "well, this is the point in the game we need to work together" lol

I was hoping Benzine was going to be able to see through it but he doesn't get involved enough sometimes to see. The town was caught up on a fake red read, and when I mentioned TD being the solo killer, quite literally nobody picked up on that ever again. The instigator really has the ability to confuse the entire town.

Anyone ever see the show Dark? I picture TD being Adam right now. He knows every damn move to make. He controls the next move. He can see the end.

@Kat This makes sense why shortkut didn't want me to be the one to out you. He stole the sacrifice play to make himself look better to the town. He didn't have to bother convincing TD, who would likely be the hardest to convince. TD loves using SS as the move. They both did and it worked, and made you the fall person. Lots of big brain planning going on this game.

Yep. I thought he just really wanted to be involved in a sacrifice play because he'd mentioned before he wanted to but nobody would ever agree (which presumably means he wanted to do the sacrificing). I did have tingles of "something isn't right", but I don't know him that well and I just assumed there was no way he could be a threat, so I didn't give it further consideration.

@Kat They waited for you to switch your avenge target to someone not them, Alu ended up being perfect. They had concrete plans way before we did.

You think so? I think they made plans in response to our plans. Either way, it was well played.

BTW I loved Raine telling everyone who she would shoot today, because that provides information. If she's left alive, probably the wolves want her to shoot TD. If she gets killed, probably the village should look really hard at the person who she said she was gonna shoot.

Too bad the town NEVER considers why somebody was picked to die. But I also think she wouldn't have actually shot him after his read checked out.

I think a lot of people are playing with a knot in their stomach in this game because something is off but nobody knows what. It's not until you read this thread that the knot goes away.

Yeah, seriously. No way TD just happens to read two evils on the first night. Between that and Kut being a bit weird, I felt something was up, but I didn't have any idea what until I read this thread

I don't think it's so much ONLY TD plays this aggressively, but he's easily the most active of all of us, so in these situations, it's really easy for him to drive a narrative because of how often he's vocal. He seldom if ever plays passive. It's because he's smart and knows that controlling the narrative is the way to win in these games. The flip side is that it SHOULD make him a target every game (and usually does). This game again proves that TD is dangerous if left alive if evil. The issue is when he's a townie because he's the most valuable townie too. But when he's bad, he's REALLY good, so he needs to be dealt with.

On that note, he always seems to pull a Spirit Seer card, and so I, for one, ALWAYS flag him as sus as soon as he claims it.

This links to what I just said, it's because TD is controlling narrative. He IS the SK so he's pushing the narrative AWAY from it and focusing everyone on "finding the wolves."

Plus I never believed his SS story that came late. That compounded with the back and forth between him and Tommy was too fishy.

Then again, the lady with the gun is an obvious threat too, so why not? Even if you say who you'd kill, you could be using the power of gun to vibe check and change your mind the day after. But definitely you can use that to bring a case against TD somewhat easily.

Other than that the instigators control the vote and they sail to the win with the town being about as bad as I remember this game.
