This one was nice enough to stay on track. The gulf hit triple digits on surface temps in some places. Any systems out there are going to blow up huge. It's freaking scary.

I think Zell's intent from a balance perspective is not to have "perfect" reads like that to give the baddies more of a chance.

Yeah, I have friends and family down there, so I always keep an eye on the news when stuff churns up, and last I saw this morning… it was looking pretty rough.

Yeah I was just thinking there is no way to get a read on a "masked" player. I guess it's a matter of using context clues from what they are trying to pretend to be.

Wolf Seer and Shadow Wolf are the confirmed ones. Obviously, I was a Random-Berserk. The last wolf is... let's just say one of the wolves is going to have a lot to say about this turn of events. And maybe the town as well, because Day 2 will be hysterical. I won't spoil it.

Continuing from the lunch break post, the nature of randomized Night 0 sent me into a mental spiral. My brain is sort of MacGyver'd to hell and back between conditions outlined in appropriate threads; I am basically incapable of role playing/assuming other identities. I can increase or decrease aspects of myself, I can entirely shut off parts (woo near-immunity to stress~), but I can't be somebody else.

In order to try and protect a vital role, I had to try and assume the identity of Number 16. Then, I had to try and shift our friends' perception from Number 16 to myself so I could argue a case. Every time I engaged someone, my brain flipped the same circuitry responsible for my imposter syndrome and feelings of inadequacy. Every time someone attributed something to me (read: Number 16), I had to grapple with a low-level dissonance trying to correctly place claims. Every time someone refused to engage me, I felt like I was begging for them to recognize me as a person and not just a theoretical collection of 0s and 1s they could play with.

I know they didn't mean ill. I know most/all of it is inside my own head. I understand why we moved to this (not that @shortkut's luck has improved ), but... I don't know if I can risk this again.

Like I don't want to ruin everyone's fun, I don't want to be catered to, I don't want to seem like a sore loser or poor sport or anything. I just... I don't know. I'm doing okay now that I'm dead (), but having a sort of pseudo-dissociative episode because of a game is bad. And I am mentally stable, generally.
