We've all agreed that we're scheduling posts from now on. And exactly 1 minute and 23 seconds after Phase 1 of Day 1 starts, we're claiming Catmancer.

When anyone asks what that is you just flop over and demand belly scritches.

I meant more on the instigator side knowing who was who. Maybe that clouded me/us. I realized that towards the end of day 1 that I should've just pressed him then and there as there could've even been a wolf shaman around too.

Figured I'd post here and say I now know how Vash felt when he first played a baddie and was anxious af. And this was doubled up behind two other team's backs for me as a first since og GW times when I believe I was merely there as an idea man and not leading anything. That said, I'm a thinker and not a doer at nature, so I was spinning ideas and plans. Then the last two nights... the anxiety hit and I thought I'd be missing stuff if I wasn't in the thread or instigator chat as well as my brain going into overdrive to make better plans lol. It's nuts. I love it, but damn will I sleep better tonight.

I feel you. Vash wasn't kidding when he said I was taking notes. I had diagrams and flow charts. The double agent type thing makes it really feel like you playing a different game from everybody else. So far though it's all I know of these games though.

Yeah it was a different experience having two private chats to manage, a role to claim and having all the information while also only being able to share certain parts of it.

I had three tabs in my Excel summarising what I knew when I was instigated, what I knew when I was wolf and what I knew when I was talking to the town. Thought it was an OK way to manage my story carefully, I don't think I blew anyone's cover until I had to try to protect Jawneh knowing I would die.

Finally caught up to here! And I resisted quoting a bunch of things since my God I'd be here for a couple hours just going back pages to intercept other convos.

But reading all that did confirm that probably the biggest reason that was out downfall (or at least mine) was the abundance of information. Since I knew everything role was, I wasn't thinking that I can contest that. I just thought, well yeah that's you and I knew that already. Maybe if I did the Tubby and had an excel sheet open for us vs them info this could've went differently thinking wise, but oh well. Lessons learned for next time.

As for the random everyone round, I love the idea! Chaos is where I thrive! Idk if it's possible to have a game where the players themselves don't know their roles either until they do something. Maybe worth crafting something from that.
