Listen I was distracted by AI tomfoolery and then apparently turtle sex.

So Klarg had disadvantage from the Vicious Mockery.

But he had advantage on attacking Dude because he was still prone after being brought back to consciousness.

So it was a straight roll.

That would be an opportunity attack (at least until you learn to use Disengage as a bonus action as you level your rogue)
