I will agree, curry sauce on chips (steak fries, for the yanks) is pretty good. For a bit I lived near a store that had a decent UK import section, and I could find the OxO brand curry sauce there. No such access now.

Ketchup on fries is just so mid. It's fine, but it's the missionary position of sauces.

I rarely go there, but they're reliably fast at getting everything out the window. I was getting sick of it taking 10-15 minutes to receive my food at Wendy's or McDonald's.

Burger King at rest stops are even worse than regular BKs because some of those burgers are sitting under heat lamps for hours on end.

I said that about Taco Bell because I figured that I've never been to one in the UK. I've been once in the States, a couple of times in Singapore where they have since closed.

BK's premium burgers are pretty decent. Much better than the standard stuff at places like McDs but they're priced as such. I don't think I've been in about 5 or 6 years mind. I don't eat that much fast food any more.

People are not putting ostrich meat in with beef unless its to make ostrich burgers cheaper. Ostrich meat is more expensive as farmed ostriches aren't as common as cows. It's practically a luxury meat.

I will die on this hill, that people would like their home cooked food more if they learned to use vinegar. I don't know what happened to America that we are afraid of vinegar, but the rest of the world has no problem with it like we do.

My point I'm trying to make poorly. It's like salt. You can add salt to a dish and it just makes it taste better, but doesn't necessarily make it taste salty. Vinegar works this way too. Sure you can make a Vinegary dish if you like that, but adding a bit of Vinegar into your dishes can brighten up and balance out the flavors. It's why a lot of restaurant foods taste better than what you make at home. Also butter. Some of them places do be loving to add lots of butter.
