It could just be how the force-reset shows up though. My guess would be with an actual direct change, it wouldn't have prompted you to reset, just tell you it's wrong.

Yep, that's why I didn't even bother checking the logs after I went back in to look at where exactly that option was in correlation to the username editor. 99% chance I toggled the button during the scrolling motion. Mobile admin panel for the fuckin' win again.
