It's also funny that you said you didn't know it was allowed because the announcers were talking about how they could do that very thing prior to them doing it (because they called back to back timeouts while trying and failing to inbound).

There are times where you can only inbound from a specific spot, and there are times when you're allowed to run the edge yourself. Those second times you're also allowed to pass it to someone who runs out like that.

8/9 games are typically tossups. I went with Baylor because they're a better basketball brand and are coming from the B12 instead of the SEC.

My anti conference bias pays off some years and destroys me in others. It's not always the same conferences though.

Robert Morris was a friend of Alexander Hamilton and screwed over a bunch of Revolutionary War soldiers by buying their chits for cents on the dollar that weren't being paid out and selling them back to the US government later for the right amount of money because he knew they'd eventually be paid out based on insider knowledge.

No worries though! He got into land speculation and died broke AF.

Iowa State is a good team. I wouldn't be surprised to have them win big.

Alabama beating RMU by a smaller amount would also make sense to me, because once again: SEC (also Bama is a football school only until proven otherwise)

Even before yesterday I'd probably have said Drake has the best odds of it, when you ignore teams from power conferences or teams that are typically seeded higher (don't count the ones who have been there before and are underseeded, like Gonzaga).

MVC has a history of decent runs, and Drake was 31-3 this year with wins over both Kansas State (B12) and Vandy (SEC).

I picked them in one, but not another. I didn't think it mattered too much because this might just be Houston's year (finally...possibly the most successful team to never win it all. They've made 6 final 4s and never won the championship)
