I'm dumb and didn't realize the shaman would have to target a player during the day phase and then the following night they would be affected, so nevermind.

That would make sense then. Maybe Alu was able to catch a wolf, but got killed before he could reveal. If Cole is the medium, then he can communicate with Alu.

Or Cole could be the spirit seer, and maybe he compared Alu to a wolf, or he checked a wolf, and saw they were red. With this, I think the shaman wolf targeting Alu would screw that up, though. The odds of that happening would be super slim, unless Alu did something to really piss the wolves off.

I don't know, it would be super bold and risky for Cole to say 100% he knows the identity of a wolf and then lie. If he's the spirit seer and he happened to pick a wolf the first night, it's all but guaranteed. If he's wrong, then he can be killed at night or lynched the next day.

Although, if he's the fool, maybe he's going to false claim a wolf and then be lynched in retaliation to win the game. I can argue with myself forever.

Would the Jailer technically be able to act as kind of a protector? Sure, said person gets no night actions, but the Gunner doesn't have those anyway. The threat of a Berserk Wolf being out there means coordinating protects is going to be very challenging, especially with only one (maybe two?) guaranteed.

Correcting myself, can't be due to Sheriff either. They get two names if they see someone die, a wolf and villager.

See, I was thinking that too, but I can't see Cole just sacrificing himself that easily. When we played as Wolves in the FQ game, he was willing to be lynched for the greater good, but wasn't playing to get lynched.

Conjurer is not in the list of potential random villagers. That list is 14 people on the first post.

Yes, because the detective only looks at teams, so, even if he compared Alu to somebody else and got that they are on different teams it could still mean that the other person is the fool or the random killer.

It's not Detective or Aura Seer because of that fact. I don't think he's a Tough Guy as it would make more sense to use the information learned ASAP, instead of waiting. I don't think it's Sheriff because he would be given the names of two players with one being the wolf, but wouldn't know who is who.
It's not Doctor or Bodyguard because it only tells him if his protection was successful, not who is the attacker.
I don't think it can be Jailer because he can only select to have someone jailed for a night during the day phase. There hasn't been a day phase before this one, so the Jailer hasn't been able to do his thing.
I think the most likely scenario is Spirit Seer, but I request @Zell 17 to clarify what color the Spirit Seer sees when they "see" a solo killer.

This would be a brilliant play by a Headhunter, but the Solo non killing role for this game is the Fool.
Of course, Cole could have just said "wolves" when he meant to say "killer" but I don't think he would be that careless.

The negative denotes the favourite.
It's how much you need to bet for every $100 you want to win. Betting $650 would win you $100, $1300 for $200, etc.

Based on the description, sounds like they'd see red but only if the solo killed someone that night, otherwise it's blue.
