I am out and about seeing that baby and see that TD claimed doctor. I am the doctor.

Last night I successfully protected Tommy, due to the strength of his role claim. Tommy was targeted so probably is legit about his claim. This is why I was asking about other wolves killing earlier.

If you know Tommy was targeted, we know the RK can’t be the alchemist or arsonist (I don’t remember the other RK roles besides serial killer, @Local Hero so don’t ask). The wolves succeeded in getting a kill, zell specified the wolves got holly, so if you know Tommy was targeted, it had to be by the RK

Indeed. I keep getting some things slightly wrong about the roles so wanted help to clarify there was nothing I was missing about the wolves.

I think Ben is telling the truth. I'm not positive, but his story sounds legit. The main thing we know is that we need to get rid of the Shadow Wolf ASAP and this seems like the best way of doing it.

Tubby is acting very sus. He claims he was nightmared and wasn't able to read anything, he doesn't buy Ben's story, and he seems to be protecting TD and raising alarms about Benzine, Ben, and Tommy. *And* he would be claiming the last random role (unless Ben is lying, which I don't think he is).

Because I know this: Benzine is telling the truth. He has a good aura. I wanted to fly under the radar until I had some workable information. I'd prefer I aura'd a bad guy, but here we are.

You didn't raise alarms on me. You've just been saying shit. You haven't claimed to have seered me... You're just not doing a very convincing job now that an important part of the circumstances (no other seer claim) has been ripped away. You are probably going to get shot tonight if TD gets revealed as bad.

I guess likewise. You'll know I'm the Bell Ringer if killed, and that I was telling the truth. If either of us die it confirms he's lying and he should be the next one to go.

EDIT: Small note that I've been up way too late trying to think this through. I'm sure there are angles I'm missing.

If they use the shadow power sometime today, which I think they will;

• There is still a possibility if all of the 9 villagers vote together, that we can still outvote the wolves. But only if you trust me and everyone goes for TD should the shadow drop.
• There is a possibility that the wolves target Benzine with their shadow vote (and if we don't stay united), revealing his role to be as claimed and damning TD tomorrow. But we're out the Doctor.

If TD isn't killed and they get to save the shadow power;

• TD will have been shown to be a liar and be marked, so he'll have to use his power tomorrow.
• If we lose a villager either today or during the night, we won't be able to out-vote the wolves anymore and will lose yet another villager because of it tomorrow. That would put us down at least another 3 villagers by the end of tomorrow's day phase.

But if TD isn't back on before 9am, then he can't use his power today anyway. We might just get lucky if he's a sleepy fuck.

I could agree with those other suspicions. They've been the ones trying to shift suspicion off of TD if anything.

I'm still willing to get locked up by the Warden with someone else tonight and I'll take my chances on whether I manage to shiv a wolf. If we can get TD today and then someone who's allied with him tonight, that's 2 wolves down by tomorrow morning and we're in a much better spot. Worst case scenario I get myself killed being locked up with and trying to kill another villager, but then you'd at least know that the other person was legit. They're more likely to have a still-useful role than me, anyway.

So your theory is that me, Benzine, and Ben are all overtly supporting each other, based on a single read in the second day. And if this read is wrong, it would instantly identify the three of us as collaborating wolves by Day 3, giving the town plenty of time to kill us off. I'm not sure how this strategy would help us win if we were wolves, but okay.

Meanwhile, my theory is that you thought you could hide behind claiming aura seer + nightmare wolf long enough for the town to pick itself apart, and have been pretty overt in finger-pointing at the only people who seem to have strong townie claims + support (Tommy, Benzine, Ben, and now me).

My excuse is a lot of weed, but yeah. I was sitting here reading the dictionary and trying to connect all the strings together, and completely missed checking if those roles were even in Zell's first post...

Final thought and I'm certainly not confident on this;

I did go back and find the post by Cole from yesterday where he posted the Quasimodo gif, which does read as a role-claim of Bell Ringer. This wasn't the thing I remembered that was "in reference to a previous game", that was something between shortkut and Alu.

So it could just be Cole being Cole. Or, it could have been setup to covering his tracks later. Aside from the Bell Ringer, the only roles that can see someone else's exact role are the Wolf Seer, and the Sorcerer if that was a possibility for the random wolf slot. Either way, evil. If he ever tried to use exact knowledge of someone's role, the only way he could swing that and look like a villager is as the Bell Ringer.

Food for future thought. I couldn't really find the start of why people were thinking he was cupid or whether it was just a hunch, though.

I mean someone here has definitely been duped, and I'm leading toward tubby being duped.

However, with ants, Ben, and Kelly all coming forward, if they're all telling the truth then Cole is definitely Cupid. That would explain why he wants out of the game (he only needs his pair to win) and why he got on some cases when we started pondering about who would be paired up.

It's still entirely possible that Ben is townie and found the information through some other means I suppose, but that would be unlikely given that it was an exact role. If not bell ringer that could be a sacrificial lambs from a cupid paired wolf to a townie.

I'm very concerned about Tubby at the moment. "Oh I was hit by the nightmare wolf" is an obvious excuse in a wolf plot. But that's just one piece of circumstantial evidence.

He was also one of the people I trusted most in day 1. So maybe other people felt that way. Like maybe Ants did. But that's just a vibe thing, not actual evidence.

And now he's basically defending our biggest possible wolf (outside of a possible Team Ben-zine).

I don't think it's enough for me to warrant calling for any drastic measures, just saying where my head is at the moment.
