Recent pick ups over the past couple weeks.
I bought a Silver PS2 Slim that came with 2 controllers (neither silver), 4 games (3 of which will get traded in somewhere). I'll be much more comfortable trading my PS2 fat console.
Also grabbed a Sega Genesis 6 button arcade stick. Been having issues with my controllers and the 8bitdo controller for the Gen doesnāt seem to like Master System games and I NEED a turbo function. This official Sega arcade stick should do the trick. Needs some cleaning, though.
Game wise, the important titles:
- Tears of the Kingdom
- Ion Fury (NS)
- New Super Luckys Tale (NS)
- Toki (NS)
- Haunting Starring Polterguy (GEN)
- Action Fighter (SMS)
- Jackal (NES)
- Double Dragon 2 (NES)
- The Bugs Bunny Birthday Blowout (NES)
- UN Squadron (SNES)
- Silent Scope Complete (Xbox)
- Made Dog McCree Gunslinger Pack (Wii)
- NeoGeo Battle Coliseum (PS2) - Got the game on the 360 before tbe digital store closed. Got this physical PS2 copy for cheap.
- High Velocity Mountain Racing Challenge (SAT)
- Super Magnetic Neo (DC)
- Street Fighter Alpha 3 (DC)
- DoA 2 (DC) - Had only the disc for ages because I misplaced everything else, now I have it CIB. Its been so long, I forgot that they had Kasumi in a bikini hiding behind the disc in the case.
- Starlancer (DC)
- Incoming (DC)
- Flag to Flag (DC)
- Tokyo Highway Battle (PS1)
- Battle for Bikini Bottom (PS2) - One of the four in the PS2 slim bundle.
- Ghostbusters (X360)
- King Kong (GC)
- Sailor Moon Fighter S (SNES) - Repro of Japanese only Sailor Moon fighting game that should be translated to English based on the eBay listing. Game was developed by Arc System Works of Guilty Gear and BlazeBlue fame.
- Smash Remix (N64) - Homebrew version of a hacked version of the original Super Smash Bros. Added a LOT of new characters and maps. The label includes Game and Watch, but the hack supposedly doesn't have him, but has the angry piano from the Haunted House level in Super Mario 64, so you know it's quality.
First time in a bit that I snagged a number of Dreamcast games. Been kinda holding off on buying DC games as most of the ones remaining are more pricy, but I got most of them at a nice discount because the con was just about over and people were selling to just not take stuff back with them. I could have bought more, but I've already spent too much money this past month. Went into the show looking for Wii U games, came out with none. Runbow was the only one that I saw that I was interested in, but it wasn't complete (no manual, which is just a piece of paper telling you where to download load the digital manual). Still can't find Silkworm for the NES, nor Test Drive 2 for the SNES.
I'm DEFINITELY going to start trimming my library now... well, once I finish BOTW and start going through my library to see which games I really just will never play.
