He rattles in delight at his new form, then steps forward onto the star space.
Toadsworth immediately comes to life with a startle.
"B-B-Bowser?! Eh, what are you doing here?! ...You...want to pay for a star? Erm, well alright. I don't see why not. Here you go. Eh, thanks for stopping by, I guess."

DRY BONES GOT A STAR!​

The skeletal behemoth confidently strides forward, 1 star richer, until he comes across Boom Boom.
"GREHEHEH! Boom Boom, hand over your coins!"
Boom Boom, fearing punishment from the monster standing before him, quickly obliges and gives Dry Bones 20 coins.
Dry Bones continues along the path and lands on a blue space, transforming back into his normal self and collecting 6 more coins.

A duel, a Bowser space, or Game Guy. Quite a decision you've got to make there.

You walk into the shop and see Toadette sitting behind the counter.
"Hiya Luigi! Looking to buy somethin?"

Skeleton Key* - 5 coins: Allows you to go through one gate.
Mushroom - 5 coins: Roll 2 dice instead of one on your turn.
Dueling Glove - 10 coins: Challenge an opponent of your choice to a Duel Mini-Game. Both players will wager an amount of coins of your choice, not exceeding the wallet of the poorer player. The winner will receive all coins wagered.
Golden Mushroom - 10 coins: Roll 3 dice instead of one on your turn.
Boo Repellant - 10 coins: Prevent Boo from stealing coins or a star from you once. Activates automatically. Can be discarded much like the items marked with asterisks in the first post*.
Magic Lamp - 20 coins: Call the Mushroom Genie to take you directly to the real Star.
Item Bag - 30 coins: Receive 3 random items immediately when bought.

Your wallet fills with Bowser's pity coins.
"Please, take it! Don't spend it all in one place! Take care!"
The koopa king waves you off, and you find yourself back on the board.

(I knew Bowser could give you pity coins, but I never actually looked at how high it could go until now. Congrats, that's kind of crazy.)

How to Play
Everyone rolls dice to determine facial features on the given character. Each number on the die corresponds to a different feature, and each has a point value between 1 and 10. The player(s) with the most points (the most accurate picture) wins.

There will be 3 rounds, with difficulty increasing each round. In the first two rounds, higher point values will be easier to roll than others. Point values are assigned somewhat randomly to numbers on the die, but higher rolls will be more likely to net you more points. (A maximum roll will always get you 10 points, but rolling a 1 or 2 isn't always bad. There are more sides on the die than there are possible facial features). After each round, I will post what everyone's picture currently looks like and the points they received that round.

You'll get flung to the right side of the board and still have enough movement to reach that star (you'd land on the blue space just behind where you are now). If you're going for the western-most star behind Boo, you will land on the red space, but that route will require you to roll a d20 for each cactus.
