Grave Mistakes Were Made

@Ants! can you explain what happened without spoilers in case one of us is revived?
Basically, a wight remains secret until it ambushes somebody at a quest location, or uses one of the dead players role abilities. When Local bought the lantern, the merchants ability to automatically earn commissions from any sale to or from the shop kicked in and the necromancer received 2 gold from the sale, but doing so revealed the Wight's presence to the town.

Then the Wight was ordered to one of the questing areas to ambush players questing there instead. This means that his merchant abilities won't work anymore, but also he's not in the town to be destroyed by invoking a holy relic in the town. If you stumble across him in a questing area with the holy relic in your inventory, that's a different story.

When the Dead Body blacksmith was destroyed yesterday, it was still in the town and hadn't been sent to a questing area yet.

Does Alu still have the relic? Or is it used up

@Ants! I don’t understand how bounties work. I saw one was posted for Jon, but didn’t Ben post one for Tommy with 15 gold but didn’t see about updating about that
Ben's bounty is up there also, they're in two separate quote boxes.

The bounty on Jon happened because of a quest he went on yesterday. He couldn't be targeted by anybody last night (as Local can tell you, he tried to protect Jon before I told him he was unable so he moved to Alu instead), but the trade-off was a bounty on him would be posted the following day.

It's used up. There are more in the shop still, though, and you can kill the wight with regular combat if you find it on your quest.

Spoilers: Jon found it and killed it, he just hasn't finished his quest after the fight yet.

Nice! Would the wight attack an acolyte if they quested at that location?

My observation has been that the bad guys have had WAY worse luck with the die rolls (like, REALLY bad, see the summoner for just one of many examples), yet are still likely to win because of the townies all targeting each other.

Archer shoots the paladin.
Paladin splashes the blacksmith.
Warrior kills the monk.
Friar kills the knight which is infected by the NV solo.

Am I missing any? 😅

(no offense to anybody here)
