The only mathematical way, while making sure that the acolytes don’t have a loudmouth potion is to put 3 votes on each of an acolyte

Then the 3 acolytes and Zell can vote for whomever. Even together they cannot target a townie, but worst case scenario is no witch hunt

Yeah, so the only way the acolytes guarantee a win is by making fools the target of the witch hunt so I can’t be revived

Doing it while we knew who he was the whole time would be crazy. Alu might lose his mind, because he wanted to kill him. People didn't think about all that money going to Zell to buy up some strong items.

Not to mention the restrictions on who he is allowed to kill. He's basically at the whims of what they post on the board. And somehow he might still pull it off anyway. Truly impressive if he does.

On second thought, maybe that's giving him an edge. They don't see him as a threat because they can control him sort of. And he's playing that up and they are buying it.

I would say an arrow would stop him from killing that night, yeah. Items would still work though.
