In reality? Suspicious. Hypothetically if I was a member of the mob on the jury, I would want to be one of the first ones to get a not guilty verdict in.

On the flipside, if he truly won't be available for the rest of the day phase it is logical since Vash said a lack of a juror vote will be punished.

I had no part in the murders of Smacktard and Tommy Boy. Last night I was in jail but if I did have a gun there would be another dead body we would be waking up to. Alas. No guns for me, I am Canadian after all.

Why should you believe me - that's tough. I did bring donuts? I think as my trial goes on, I can out a mobster (or two) that will hopefully make my innocence more believable.

Ok I'm awake, or physically I'm awake while my brain is a bit mushy.

I've seen enough from Zell this morning to think his approach is suspicious so voting Zell for trial tomorrow

I need to read through the thread again to actually decipher what is happening with TD trial.

@VashTheStampede a game suggestion and maybe thoughts of others too, could the trial potentially happen in a seperate "court room thread" in future games where just the jurors can ask questions and the defendant answer them? They can all still post in a main thread but keeping the trial seperate may make for better juror decisions as there is a lot on the line
