Christmas was awful. Had plans to spend it with Crystal, but had to travel out of town to visit the family. I get there and there's no internet, which meant plans to watch some movies and play some games went up in smoke. Couldn't do anything, but of course, I also kept getting interrupted to run errands for people, and I got saddled with being the designated driver while everyone else was drinking & shit. I go to pick the folks up when they told me they were ready. They weren't, and had to spend an additional 3-4 hours wasting my damn time.

I didn't want to be there. People were drinking, they were being loud & obnoxious, and I was bored out of my damn mind. So, what I did was crash on the couch downstairs and chat (in this case, vent) with Crystal on Discord through data on my phone. Not ideal, but better than having to listen to the crap upstairs.

So... I made a blog, it was fun putting it together. I think that's the perfect low maintenance type of thing for me to run.

Other than that, going to the movies today and tomorrow.

Also, it's almost New Years Eve!
