I'm heading home for Xmas and will finally have a chance to post my collection.

Only problem is, most of them are in boxes, so I'd have to unpack them all, line'em up, and take some shots.

I dunno, is anyone even really interested in seeing it? If there's some interest, I'll post. I have some Vectrex, NES, SNES, GB, N64, GC, DS, Wii, 3DS, PS3, PS4, Saturn and Switch all CIB. Also have a very small collection of CIB Sega/CD/32X (prob less than 5 combined)

Alright cool, I'll share some pics when I get home, probably after Xmas

Just started finished unboxing most of my stuff. 85% of what arrived arrived without any damage whatsoever. 5% had minimal damage, and 10% had some pretty substantial damage to the point that I'm probably just going to try to resell it. Luckily, most of the more expensive stuff wasn't too damaged. My CIB Chrono Trigger got fucked, though. I'll start sharing pics of the collection in a few days.

Okay, finally got around to organizing and cataloguing most of my collection. Everything in the collection is CIB with the exception of the Virtual Boy games, which are only game + manual. They have repro boxes. A couple of GameCube games are missing manuals too, but I plan to pick the manuals up and complete them. This is like 95% of my collection. I have some games in Saudi -- a few Wonderswan, but mostly Switch, PS3, and PS4. The photos aren't fantastic, but eh, it'll do.

I also have a fuckton of Mega Man games that I haven't unboxed yet -- Mega Man Xtreme 1 and 2, and all of the MMBN games.

I know it's a lot, but I've not only played, but 100%'d almost everything in the above pics--at least, for the GameCube, PS3, PS4, Wii, Wii U, and most of the Switch games pictured. I don't know if that makes it better, or worse.

Either way, I'm happy with my collection. I play everything I collect. I get rid of shit games or games I didn't enjoy. I keep only the stuff I liked, or which is unique, or a cool entry to a series I really enjoy.

I'll keep on slowly plugging away at the more expensive SNES, Gameboy, N64, and NES games for now. Probably pick up some Wonderswan, Sega CD and 32X games, too. After that, I'll probably move on to TurboGrafx and Game Gear games. When I finally move back to Canada for good, I'll finish fully fleshing out my collection with the cheaper titles I still want to own.

Totally understand, once you hit that sweet spot you feel comfortable taking it down a level and just picking things up at a more casual pace. Sadly I'm going the other direction, still, finding things to sell off. I'll be moving onto sealed collector's editions soon, it seems. A couple of those have gone up in price so those are ripe for the pruning. Ah well. Needs must!
