Here's sunset today after the thunderstorm cleared in Vermont. Pretty nice to see after the terrible flooding that's been happening here.View attachment 924
this is wild because I think this storm is here right now. I got woken up by a huge crash of thunder and a visible bolt of lightning striking across the street from a window behind my bed.I took some of the same storm today as it rolled through upstate NY. The clouds were very slightly swirling in some spots, but looked more wild than it ended up being. At least over me.
Can’t rate in this thread, it’s against the rulesView attachment 961

the sunrise through a storm through my window this very morning. (storm woke me up)
TrashTheStampedeYeah, you all post really cool interesting pictures and I post literal trash.
When I was just about finished I noticed that I had subconsciously kind of separated things by color.

bro it was green, but... time makes fools of us all!View attachment 1003
Yeah, kind of. Did it bother you as much as it does me that you're an absolute madman and put this apple thing over with the greens?
Super jealous.Seeing Maiden last summer! The plane is full size, it was fucking sweet.

fuckin ginger.
fuckin ginger.
Can’t trust ‘em.
Fucking soul snatchin’ leprechauns.
I can say racist things about them. I’m in a relationship with one.
What? Not like you need your damn souls for anything, just give them up.
Good, we need it to finish our new world orderMine joked about stealing my soul and I just shrugged it off… that would be her problem, then. Not mine. Take it.
What the fuck is that temperature. I would die in that heat.
To put into real temps, it's about 47C, and yeah, it's ridiculous!!What the fuck is that temperature. I would die in that heat.
That's insane to me. Ireland hit around 32C earlier in the year and it almost finished me.To put into real temps, it's about 47C, and yeah, it's ridiculous!!
It's unfortunately common here in Arizona at this time of year. Every state I've lived in since moving to the US has been a new culture shock, lol. California (not terrible, not great, EXPENSIVE!!), Arkansas (uhh...yeah...), Texas (humid as hell, nice people, misguided politics) and Arizona ("it's a dry heat" as they dry out like beef jerky in the sun)That's insane to me. Yeah, I went to Vegas a few years ago and stepping out of that plane was like opening an oven door. Went to LA for a few days too and it was much more manageable. It's unfortunately common here in Arizona at this time of year. One of my friends is currently on vacation in Arizona with her family. She sent me a photo of their car thermostat at 120 deg F yesterday. It's unfortunately common here in Arizona at this time of year.
Ouch, bad timing, lol, sorry she came here at this point! A couple of months earlier and she'd have been enjoying some perfect temps. One of my friends is currently on vacation in Arizona with her family. She sent me a photo of their car thermostat at 120 deg F yesterday.
Ah, sorry to hear about the funeral, but the road trip sounds like fun overall! They're road tripping from a national park in Utah to LA and Eureka. I think they altered plans to also go to Texas for a funeral. They live in Colorado, where the dry heat isn't hellish like AZ.
If you ever get here there are some amazing places to visit. Sedona, of course, Tubac, Bisbee, Tombstone, all beautiful places (Tombstone can be a tourist trap, though, so careful there!), Strawberry is small but nice, even Wickenburg can be a fun day trip. Phoenix is...meh...but Arizona has quite a bit to offerI've been to Texas, New Mexico, and Nevada but never AZ.
Thanks! I tend to buy cellphones with good cameras so I'll accredit most of it to that, but I do think I've got a good eye for framing.Wow, those are some incredible photos!
I think the waterfalls were Letchworth park in NY. The garden was probably somewhere in Maine, when they had the visiting troll exhibit. I've got many more of other trolls but most have my kids in them.Geez, those are some gorgeous places!
Beautiful! What’s the flower to the left of the phlox?View attachment 1118
