Not always. There's a fairly good chance that an adult who's personally incapacitated/incapable to where they need a care-giver will also have some degree of verbal communication issues. Whether that's following sickness, or due to some mental illness/decline. And whether or not they can speak coherently, it ain't going to be comfortable for either of you. If they're cognizant enough to know what's going on they're probably going to feel a lot of shame, and if they're not aware of their situation they're potentially going to get combative over it.

I fully admit during my brief time working as a direct-support professional for a 40 year old severely autistic man, I let the more tenured staff handle his hygiene while I did his exercise routine, cooking, etc. I wasn't about having a 250lb+ dude taking a swing at me while wiping their ass.

I'd take cleaning a baby over an adult any day.

Babies just cry incessantly.
With the exception of babies with colic and shit like that, no? If a baby is crying it needs something, you take care of that need and it stops crying. As Mark said it's not impossible to discern what kind of cry it is.
