2/3 Strong Villagers are known, the final Strong Villager has used its ability so outside of speaking with the dead (which sort of acts like a slower version of this idea if they can be trusted).

So functionally... Kelly is either a Random Villager or a Wolf.

In both scenarios, it benefits the town to know and essentially bludgeons the wolves into submission.

Like I said, I would want to see this changed for next game (or the Corruptor to know they need to hold the town hostage with each kill *cough* *cough* in advance). But... for right now, it's the best move for the town I believe.
