I went back and read his posts. He was laying low, voted for Benzine on day 1 but wasn't really engaging. Tried to vote for himself in the end when writing was on the wall, which made me think he was the fool, but I like Local Hero for the fool. He's continued to be unhelpful and I can justify other people's posts and make some assumption of their role, so a bit of process of elimination as well.
