You buy your skeleton key and continue on your journey. As you approach the gate, the key tells you that it loves you and will never forget the time you shared together. You unlock the gate and the key vanishes into thin air as you stride forward to land on the Game Guy Space. You are instantly teleported to some sort of casino and standing in front of you is a shy guy in a bowtie and a stage with a large chain chomp and a smaller one with a cake in front of each. Above you is a cage hanging from the ceiling holding your 5 coins hostage.

Hello Luigi! Welcome to my fine establishment! I am Game Guy! I hope you're excited, because today we're going to play a game I call Game Guy's Sweet Surprise! The rules are simple: You'll bet on which chomp you think will eat the cake the fastest. If you guess correctly, you'll multiply your coins! But if you guess wrong, you go home with nothing. Ready to place your bet?
You overhear the big chomp say "I'm starvin'!" and the little chomp says "I haven't eaten since this morning."

The large chomp has a sign next to it saying "x2" and the small chomp has one that reads "x4". This is the amount your coins will be multiplied if you guess correctly. Normally, the multiplier would indicate their odds of winning to some extent, but (to pull back the curtain a bit) this time around it's actually 50/50. If this game comes up in the future with a different multiplier, I won't reveal the exact probability (but the information is out there).

Game Guy rings a bell, and they're off! Both chain chomps dig in.
First the big chomp takes a bite. Then the little one takes two bites. And then another. But the big chomp starts to catch up, taking another two quick bites. They're neck and neck, both cakes halfway gone now. The big guy takes another bite. And another. And he's just so hungry he keeps going before the little chomp has even a moment to breathe. The large chain chomp finishes his cake with the small one still having half his cake left. Game Guy rings his bell again.

We have a winner! Oooh bad call there but ya can't win'em all, champ. I'll be keeping those coins of yours, but don't hesitate to come back anytime!
The winning chomp barks victoriously as a hammer falls from ceiling and hits you in the head, knocking you unconscious. You wake up back on the board.

How to Play:
It's a battle royale and the last man standing wins. Each round everyone will privately message me one of the actions on the following rock-paper-scissors chart, as well as the name of a player they want to target. If you choose an action that beats your target's action, they will take one point of damage. If your action is beaten by the action your target has chosen, you will miss, but won't take damage unless they are also targeting you. However, if you choose the same action as the player you are targeting, you will take damage instead. All players have 2 HP. Anyone who drops to 0 health will fall off the platform and be eliminated. Any actions taken on the round you are eliminated will still count.

Don't think too hard about my weird type matchups. This is the best I could come up with.

Round 1

As the announcer counts down, almost everyone sees the scoreboard and locks eyes with the two top dogs, Boo and Yoshi. But they don't notice because they're too busy staring each other down. The fire is lit around them and the treadmills begin to move, signaling the start of the game.
The two frontrunners charge towards the middle of the arena. Boo jumps into the air, ready to stomp on Yoshi's head. But he miscalculates and is body checked by the dinosaur (1 damage). Lumalee also rushes in to tackle Yoshi as this is happening, but gets tossed aside as Boo's body comes flying into him (1 damage). Meanwhile, Goomba tries to stun Toad by jumping on him, and Dry Bones launches himself up in the air above Luigi's head, readying a ground pound. But Toad and Luigi don't even notice, and move out of harms way as they see an opportunity. They see Boo lying on the ground and quickly run over and start stomping the fuck out of him together (2 more damage).

Toad, Luigi, and Yoshi (who somehow procured a baseball bat from somewhere) watch as Boo's body is carried to the edge of the map and falls to the flames. But someone is watching them from the sidelines.

Boom Boom comes barreling into Luigi from out of nowhere, knocking him to the ground (1 damage) to end round 1!

Dry Bones and Goomba stand up, having previously missed their mark. They look at Boom Boom and nod at each other. Both start running towards the large koopa as his back is turned. Meanwhile Lumalee sees the downed Luigi and starts approaching to take advantage of the situation. Boom Boom turns, seeing the small star creature and prepares to react with a ground pound, but is caught off guard by the sight of the pair sprinting at him and jumps early. Boom Boom narrowly jumps over Dry Bones as Luigi stands up right in his path. The plumber quickly jumps to stomp on Dry Bones, but is still too groggy from his previous damage and misses. Boom Boom slams himself into the ground as Goomba approaches at full speed and trips over his body. During this, Lumalee jumps into the air towards Luigi, but instead slams down onto Boom Boom (1 damage). Yet another slam is heard as Yoshi comes crashing down from above directly onto Goomba (1 damage). Toad follows close behind Yoshi and delivers a swift kick to the dinosaur the moment he lands (1 damage).

Lots of whiffs and a couple good hits, but no eliminations this time around. The next round is sure to be a different story. Here's everyone's health. Yoshi and Goomba took damage, and Boom Boom hurt himself. This is the weirdest E-Fed.

Time for Round 3, let's see some bloodshed.

 

[The Flame]

Podoboos begin to appear on the platform as the game stretches on, heating things up. Toad stands over Yoshi, rearing his leg back again. But just as he's about to deliver another kick, he gets clocked in the side of the head by a gloved fist, literally taking the L (1 damage). Used to being stomped on, Goomba quickly recovers from his pounding and rises to his feet. Determined to finally do some damage, he studies the fight from a distance. He chooses his victim, and watches as Toad gets decked in the face. Now is his chance. He sprints up and jumps towards Toad to deliver a powerful jumping kick... to no one. Because Lumalee got there first, pummeling Toad directly into an approaching Podoboo, sending him screeching off the platform in flames (TOAD ELIMINATED). Goomba tumbles overhead and lands at the edge of the platform, falling off from the momentum as well (GOOMBA ELIMINATED). Yoshi starts to get up and sees Luigi standing near him. How dare he kick him like that? Yoshi pulls his arm back to punch Luigi, but gets trampled by Dry Bones as he runs by. The undead koopa has Luigi in his sights again, eager to reenact his favorite scene in the Mario Movie. As he charges forth, however, he doesn't connect with Luigi. Instead he runs face first into a giant orange fist belonging to Boom Boom (1 damage). As Luigi jumps out of the way, he catches a glimpse of Yoshi's limp form in the distance being carried off the platform by the conveyor belts (YOSHI ELIMINATED).

Fists were finally flying instead of people this time around, and we have several casualties:

As the platform continues to shrink, the four remaining players find themselves herded toward the center of the platform. Their movements become hectic as everyone tries to dodge the fire without falling off. Dry Bones stands between Luigi and Boom Boom. He crouches down, preparing to jump towards the latter, but both are already ;eaping above him. The two collide in mid-air, but Boom Boom's weight gets the upper hand, and the lanky Mario brother is knocked into a Podoboo. Luigi screams and clutches his bottom as he flies off the stage. But he wasn't Boom Boom's target. Gravity quickly pulls the large koopa down feet first, shattering Dry Bones into a pile of several bones beneath him. With only one target left, Lumalee jumps into the air as well, looking to dole out the same punishment. The hit lands on Boom Boom's hard shell, slowing him down a bit. Unfortunately, while the squashed Boom Boom was lucky enough to maneuver away from stage hazards, the luma was not so lucky. He learns that in the Mario universe, every action has an equal and cartoonishly opposite reaction, as the extra upward momentum from his stomp attack renders him unable to correct his trajectory back onto the platform. A pile of bones falls off one side of the treadmill, and Lumalee goes flying off the other side. A whistle blows. FINISH!

Few points of order: Feel free to chat in the thread however much yall want. Even if there's a mini game involving PMs going on I don't mind if you say what you're doing publicly or whatever to lie or mess with people. Basically anything that could happen if we were all on a massive couch together is fair game. Also in the future I'll try and remember to mention this when it applies, but in most cases you are welcome to purposely lose a game if it'll help you strategically. Like in this one, you could just ask to jump off the platform. In the same vein, I will always ask if you want to buy a star even if it's obvious, etc.
