Get a credit card with a high limit to improve your credit score. The more available balance, the better your score as long as you pay it off on time and keep your balance low. A debit card for purchases does not improve your credit score. It takes years of consistency, get a credit card with a low limit, never over spend, but use like a debit card and pay it off each time you make a transaction or at the end of the month. Bingo-bongo, easy high credit score.
