That's what my gut said - but the game is already insanely stacked for the town so we needed every body we had.

My very first post about vash after Christina spilled the beans was "well vash is loosely aligned with us for the time being" followed shortly by "very loosely"

At this point we gotta make some kind of meme about the RK not killing villagers right? I don't blame Kelly at all, I thought he had a great plan and ran into a brick wall of info. HOWEVER, I do think he should have killed night 1. Not because the odds favor him hitting a townie, but since the kill role is masked it almost doesn't even matter if he DOES hit a wolf. The confusion is a benefit.

Imagine how this game changes if he just claims tough guy or something (his aura was proven good by aura seer) and says he protected christina from a wolf attack or whatever.

Not a bad idea but to be honest there's some pretty severe balancing issues in this game overall. Zell is an amazing GM though and I love that he added stories.

Not a bad idea but to be honest there's some pretty severe balancing issues in this game overall. Zell is an amazing GM though and I love that he added stories.

It's not supposed to be 50% village wins 50% others win. The village really only made one mistake (Local killing the doctor). It would be a shitty game if one player making one bad decision made the entire town lose. There needs to be more than one error by one person for the town to lose otherwise everyone will REALLY hate each other.

The first two games were wipeouts. Then the evils kind of figured out how to play the first day or so. The last three games have all really been on a knife's edge. And again...we haven't had a single game yet where the RK makes a dent in the village. No wonder they feel lopsided.

I've always felt that wolf where everyone has a role is intended to be a challenge for the wolves.

That's why I tried to balance my mafia in the other direction to have a different feel, but aside from a maniac with a gun, it's not there yet.

I had a similar thing happen to me in FQ's wolf. My role got shared because of an extra kill from a teammate. Feels unearned.

Honestly every game I have played has been a mess one way or another. That one you're quoting I should've been dead day 2. I only lived because FQ randomly extended the phase.

It's why I'm done with them, I figured I'd give it one more try after the PM shit in your game and now there's nothing but a bad taste in my mouth.

I watch a group of players who play Among Us. There is a married couple in that play on occasion and the lovers role is always in play. There never seemed to be an issue. I've seen players totally lie to their "lovers", I've seen impostors who are in love lie to their imposter teammates.

The backstabbing is part of the game. Once the game is over, you shit on each other and then move on to the next game because that is what the game is supposed to be. You shit on them for whining about roles, you shit on them for sucking at their roles, you shit on them for shitting on others. Then thet shit on you for doing the same. It's part of the fun.

What're you talking about? If you're talking Corrupter specific then sure. The last role we figured out was Jawneh in Day 3 and that was because he just confessed, we knew everyone else before that.

The thing about the cupid'd roles is they have two win conditions. Things get murky.

I mean shit - shortkut felt so bad for the stress that Christina was going through that he was trying to make the case that the Cupid'd couple should be able to win at the same time as the wolves if one is a wolf but Zell was like no that's not the win condition for them.

It's literally forcing this role to pick a win condition.

Annoyed that he blocked the information I died for, and that he outright said he wanted to help the wolves win. Hard not to feel resentful of those two things.

I know I said I’d go along with his plan to go after Kelly first, but I thought he just wanted help killing another more active and experienced wolf and would save Christina for later, hadn’t yet realized that he was coupled with her by cupid and intended to throw his townie team under the bus.

I get it, she’s his wife and it’s her first game, but I still can’t help grumbling a little.

For the record, I was never going to actually hand them the win. The intent was always to help them get close and swoop a win at the last second. Partly because Zell said that the townie should work with the wolves in this exact situation.

But no actual harm was done.
