I think if the wolves lynch TD today it proves they are amateurs
The furry faced fuckers can die
i am working and you can catch me up when you've been caught up
Not a whole lot, a group of names have been thrown out there to vote for so that the wolves don't control the game. I have thrown up Jumpman, yourself and Jawneh as ideas to start but have voted for Jumpman. Other names mentioned have been TD and also shortkut by yourself.
I think it's fair. We all know he knows the game started. Whether he's really muted or not is anybody's guess, but it's safe to assume he'll claim it tomorrow. We also had a protracted discussion about whether Kat and Vash were faking being muted. Kat subsequently posted but Vash hasn't as yet, though has replied to me in another thread so I'm guessing there is some truth to it (I'm not sure anymore whether I am allowed to use that information or not)
I also agree that the latter remains more likely than a random muting. Especially when the shadow was then used. Of course a Librarian could have gone rogue and it is a coincidence, but I tend not to believe in coincidence.I think it's fair. We all know he knows the game started. Whether he's really muted or not is anybody's guess, but it's safe to assume he'll claim it tomorrow.
Which is more likely: they muted a random townie to give them better odds enough of us won't vote together to outvote them, or a wolf is pretending to be muted on a day when we can't tell if he voted or not?
If I were a wolf, I'd do the latter. The chances of us actually agreeing and voting together are already slim, and even if we do, we're likely to go after a townie anyway.
We need to pick somebody soon. I'm not going to be awake when the day starts, that's 7 am here.
Being muted or not doesn't matter, does it? Can't he can vote via PM?Which is more likely: they muted a random townie to give them better odds enough of us won't vote together to outvote them, or a wolf is pretending to be muted on a day when we can't tell if he voted or not
That's why I tried to get the ball rolling early on shortkut -- I knew wolves would play interference and force a failure on the town.We need to pick somebody soon. I'm not going to be awake when the day starts, that's 7 am here.
I'm not against that plan. I didn't find him too suspicious to begin with, but his reactions to being called out aren't inspiring confidence.I maintain that Jumpman is a good vote and also feel that if they had a good reason not to be dead we would have had a proper reasoning put forward.
Should be an easy one. I've managed to conjure enough sus on me that maybe all the baddies will also leave me alone for the time being.@Jawneh
How you feeling about the upcoming night
I believe Zell said they can't vote. They can still see the thread.Being muted or not doesn't matter, does it? Can't he can vote via PM?
In the description it says "thread banned" -- does that mean Vash can't even see this thread?
Almost. 10 townie votes vs 8 wolf votes. We also have RV and RK who don't want to end up dead, presumably, and will probably vote with the town. RV less likely than RK, but stillI'm not against that plan. I didn't find him too suspicious to begin with, but his reactions to being called out aren't inspiring confidence.
If Vash is muted and a townie, then all of us have to vote together to outvote the wolves. Assuming I'm doing my math correctly.
Is that subtracting Vash?Almost. 10 townie votes vs 8 wolf votes. We also have RV and RK who don't want to end up dead, presumably, and will probably vote with the town. RV less likely than RK, but still
Right lets get this bandwagon started, vote for JumpmanAlmost. 10 townie votes vs 8 wolf votes. We also have RV and RK who don't want to end up dead, presumably, and will probably vote with the town. RV less likely than RK, but still
Sounds good, hopefully I'll be here with you tomorrow.Should be an easy one. I've managed to conjure enough sus on me that maybe all the baddies will also leave me alone for the time being.
Why would a random muting be unlikely? Voodoo has unlimited uses and it makes it all the more likely that no information can come (may just randomly hit a seer) and even less likely for everyone else to be able to vote together.
Random uses of powers are weird when there's a limit or if it's likely to be detrimental somehow (e.g. a random librarian mute is likely bad, whereas a random voodoo mute is likely good).
But since you've been nominated, you won't be held under scrutiny for a wrong pick.Is that subtracting Vash?
I don't want to pick a name.that's so much pressure!
Who decided on gwjumpman and why?Right lets get this bandwagon started, vote for Jumpman
I am, and in an expert 7D quantum chinese checkers move, I selected Gwjumpman as a target.Kelly, you're the headhunter, right? Who's your target?
That's why I wanted the Librarian to come forward if one existed. If nobody did, I would only assume there's 100% a voodoo wolf. If a Librarian muted a random number on night 0,Random uses of powers are weird when there's a limit or if it's likely to be detrimental somehow (e.g. a random librarian mute is likely bad, whereas a random voodoo mute is likely good).
I did. Initially because he was the most suss to me as I haven't played with him but something felt off. Subsequently has hasn't provided any real thoughts or defense to that. Ideally we would kill a wolf, but if we can't then a townie that won't contribute much would be better than a power role. But since you've been nominated, you won't be held under scrutiny for a wrong pick.

Vash has also just made a post in another thread saying he is dealing with some things so it would feel mean. As such I have rest my accusations of VashAlso I don't support lynching Vash today. It makes sense for them to use a voodoo wolf and then try to strongarm the town into a lynch victory.
What's going on is that:I had so much work to do that I worked 25 minutes later than I needed to, what's going on @Smacktard
Having or not having a defense on Day 1 literally means nothing. What would your defense be other than "It isn't me"?Jumpman hasn't been online for 15 minutes, according to his profile anyway, which is literally a minute before Kat asked him if he had a defense.
Assuming he is Eastern Time, he might be on early in the morning, but it would be too late to try to lynch by then.
Did he hint at what role he has? I might try to sift through his posts to see.

It's 4 chances to hit 1/13 odds. What are the odds of a Voodoo Wolf in this game? Would it be as simple as 4/13? 4/15?
@VashTheStampede you there?
He could have literally provided anything in the 6+ hours after I said I'd vote for him but didn't. Wouldn't even have to be much.Having or not having a defense on Day 1 literally means nothing. What would your defense be other than "It isn't me"?
For me it was that the vibes I got from you weren't super good, so I went with the person that gave me better vibes that I got from you. What's going on is that:
Me nominating someone based on vibes = bad
Someone else nominating someone based on vibes = good
But that's why I think we ought to nominate @Kat to choose someone based on vibes, rather than counting on one of our own to wilfully choose a lynch target
Kelly is defending JumpmanOnly thing I could find is Jumpman kind of targeting Kelly, saying he might be the Headhunter or the Fool.
Is Kelly trying to get rid of Jumpman because Jumpman accused him? Or vice-versa?
The closet thing to a hint from Jumpman had to do with him saying he was quiet last night and hiding. Does that fit a role?
Well, fuck, I don't know lolKelly is defending Jumpman
It's not that I think a random muting is unlikely. It makes sense to do it. But I also think they don't need to do it, so it's a good opportunity to give one of the wolves some cover. It could go either way.Why would a random muting be unlikely? Voodoo has unlimited uses and it makes it all the more likely that no information can come (may just randomly hit a seer) and even less likely for everyone else to be able to vote together.
I think he was saying he was trying to hide from any potential murderers at opposed to hinting at a role.Only thing I could find is Jumpman kind of targeting Kelly, saying he might be the Headhunter or the Fool.

I took it as "all innocent villagers were cowering in their homes from the wolves". Which obviously isn't true. The closet thing to a hint from Jumpman had to do with him saying he was quiet last night and hiding. Does that fit a role?
More accurately, I'm defending against a random pick by another player who seems to have just taken my idea but said "no mine", as I mentioned would happen here:Kelly is defending Jumpman
ok good night town, I love you
I look forward to waking up tomorrow to see My Plan rebranded as Someone Else's Plan
I will lol heartily if that Someone Else ends up being the headhunter
