I hate to complete spell things out but reading between the lines he is claiming to know that a set of 2 players are not wolves and that a 3rd player is a wolf.

Now, this could be completely above board because he COULD know that a pair are not wolves and he could be GUESSING at the wolf. But I don't see how he could be CERTAIN of all 3.

I'm also not saying that he is CLAIMING to have 100% certainty. Just saying he can't have it.

Well he has said that he thinks Kat is a wolf and is currently voting for her. That is what I am basing it on.
