Once per night you can pass a beverage from your cooler to another person. That person gets notified of the beverage received and will have to consume it. The following day they are hungover and are unable to vote. If the person received a second beverage, their role will also turn into The Town Drunkard.

The Town Drunkard can only win with other drunkards. Can only die by public lynches. Immediately wins if the number of drunkards are higher than the rest of all other townspeople combined.
