It's not possible for there to be both Cupid and an instigator. That's why in my summary post I said a bunch of roles aren't possible, because we know there was a Cupid.

An instigator WOULD explain the lack of SK kills. If the instigator instigated 2 wolves, it would definitely even the odds for the town.

Irrelevant but instigator always instigates a wolf and a townie.

I'm going to check Kat against Quagmire next if she doesn't splash someone.

I'm obviously going to splash somebody. There's no point in my bluffing. I just need a bit of time to think since I just woke up.

Last night I went with Benzine because I could barely read his drunken plays at all but I figured it would be too obvious a play for him to be a wolf himself. I saw Jawneh read Alu and Vash as blue and thought they were too obvious a target and might get protected (and my powers wouldn't have worked on Alu's death in hindsight) but other than that I saw basically nothing to go on. Even the above is tenuous as hell, but them's the breaks.

Looking back Quagmire was hinting at his role and I maybe should have picked it up but that's easy to say in hindsight, and the whole Jawneh = Ritualist meme and the discussion on Fool's kind of masked it in my brain.

Kat is correct that a game cannot have both the Cupid and Instigator. I think it maybe was once in the first post? But the reason is obvious: Someone can't be both Cupided and Instigated.
