Forgetting to avenge on someone who had been avenger all game? That's harder to believe, especially when you're also trying to convince us that math isn't adding up for the wolves when the simplest solution is that you're actually a wolf, which is why you asked if there was a speak to the dead role before coming out with your "I'm actually avenger and somehow that was missed!" statement.

Because I legit thought there had to be a reason why (and listed the possibilities I thought at the time) and that Benzine could use that information to help the town. And that may seem like the simplest solution to you, but to me it's Ben being one of the three un-confirmed town roles and choosing not to contradict the narrative yet for some reason. It's like when we had two head hunters but we believed the fake one because he claimed the role first.
