There’s risk to the jailer in giving up who they are. If they jailed a wolf they’ll pass the info along, or even just make a play during the day like “I jailed (insert real jailer) last night and they claimed gunner, does anyone dispute???”

I did jail Local. I didn't want to end up killing a villager though so I was just going to try and see what role didn't get to act overnight. Should have just done it for the sake of it!

So, I said in the living thread I would give you an explanation.

It's... that everything I said about Jailer/Warden being extremely powerful is true. But, only if people don't know who the Jailer/Warden is.

I gave Alu the Spell over you simply because most people are still somehow unaware that he's claimed Marksman.

If you are committed enough to winning one of these wolf game by doctoring a screen shot, I say we just let that person win because they apparently need the self esteem boost.

I kind of want to see if I can pull it off. Pretend to be the ritualist and just make up stuff the dead chat is saying.

I'm so disappointed I wasn't the Illusionist. With the way things are going, I could have made a good shot at claiming some sort of Seer role and coasting through.

Who in their right mind is going to claim Seer as the Solo Killer? It's brilliant!

Any links to this quoted posts in this forum should redirect to a no-permission page, so best case scenario… everyone in-game knows that a post from the dead thread is referenced, and the players know who’s dead already, so even if it’s a quote directing to you… everyone there already knows you’re going to be posting here.

I might have some ways around this, @Zell 17 … I’ll look around and see if any options would fit however you plan on changing that rule.

Anyway, the wolves are undone unless FR is lying.

Sheriff
Aura: Good
Can watch a player at night. If the player watched is killed by the wolves/solo, the Sheriff will be given two possible suspects for the person responsible for that player's death. If the Sheriff watched a wolf kill, the Sheriff will be given info on the lowest ranking remaining wolf and another villager at random (who may be any role). A jailed wolf will not be selected. The player selected is made at night by PMing a name to watch.

3. Shaman Wolf
Aura: Evil
Can select a player to enchant for the night. That player will show as the wolf shaman to all seer roles. This ability has unlimited uses, but cannot be used if the shaman wolf is the only wolf alive. The player to shaman will be selected via PM.

4. Berserk Werewolf
Aura: Evil
Once per game, can activate berserk status. The ability must be activated during the day. The wolves' normal nightly kill will be guaranteed to die. Anyone attempting to protect that player is also guaranteed to die regardless of role or role attributes. The berserk can be activated anytime for the current or next night phase by sending a PM. The berserk ends immediately if the berserk werewolf is killed, including if killed by the solo player immediately prior to use.

It’s not that simple, because that permissions page is the only catch-all page used for inadequate user or user group permissions on the software. You’ll notice, that same page will appear if you try to do any function on the forums beyond your user group, not necessarily just posting or viewing permissions.

I do forget that others use PC and not mobile more than I do. Not that you can't use mobile to fake stuff too, but it feels like way too much work to me. It could be a good reminder to people to not believe everything they see on the internet. I wanted Vash to give fake quotes when he was the medium in the game I played. The idea of the medium being untrustworthy to the dead seemed like an amusing turn of events.

I feel ya. I sort of ended up doing the reverse to Dean, and am now using that to brutally murder his entire team... which very likely includes Jawneh himself.

If @Altoona Pizza finds himself in here: The moment you're revived you need to take the shot on Dean (or whomever). Assuming it still works the same as when @canadaguy was pewpewing, you should be able to reload the same night. Target Vash, kill him before the wolves can re-kill you the following night courtesy of the priority system.
