I mean I did read the rules. I also was in the first two shadow wolf teams and became quite familiar with the rules then. We've also publicly discussed how it works in threads each time there's been a shadow wolf.

As long as they have a Shadow Wolf who hasn't used their power, they can't talk during the day. Theoretically, they'll be allowed to talk during the day starting on the next day phase, assuming they don't have another Shadow Wolf on the team.
