Today's Lunch

Lunch can be a new experience everyday because lots of us eat lunch on the go, at work or at school.

So what did you have for lunch today?

Air with a side of water. Delicious!

Toasted ham and corned beef sarnie.

Had burger king since I forgot to pack a lunch.

A slice of banana nut bread, kettle potato chips, a banana and some peanut butter.

Leftover beef stew that was made with beef birria from tacos we made before.

Pizza rolls with sweet iced tea, I make my iced tea with a couple bags of Bigelow's Constant Comment, delicious

Made myself a burger at work (bacon, cheese, sliced gherkins, knock-off big mac sauce), with a can of Irn Bru.

I could eat pork fried rice exclusively

Uhhh... It was technically my breakfast at lunchtime as I got out of bed around noon. It was some oat meal cookies, apple crisp, and lemonade.

Well I cant say the name of the dish since it is Iranian, but it is rice + cherries+ chicken. It is excellent . Here is a picture from the internets:

On a side note, do you see that bright orange section on the left? It is basically the underlayer of the rice that has "fried" in the pot. We have fights over who gets it and how much . Is that a thing in western dishes which use rice? I have not seen it in places I have been in Europe at least.
