It will be impossible to kill all the mob before the vampire reaches 50%, even if Kat has a gun. I have information you don’t and know how many deaths are required for the mob to be wiped out.

You should take your vote off of shortkut then. Also, shortkut isn't the best lynch for the town now. It sounds like we need to lynch mob or vampire rather than the double agent. We don't know how many evils there are, but it seems like there's more than just 4 mob.

3. I checked with Local and he confirmed that the double agent would show as having killed for Priest checks

Only one dies, and after that the other partner isnt really much of a threat so likely wont be killed, though if the vampire is trying to play numbers could target the other partner depending on how ratios are looking

Frozen in indecision, Quagmire steps up.

Quagmire grabs Kat from the crowd. She's so stunned she doesn't fight back and allows Quagmire to walk her to the gallows.

Quagmire whispers to himself, "I'm the decider," and executes Kat.

It happened so fast, the town didn't even realize what happened until it was already over. Seeing their dead friend hanging by her neck, the town, moving as one, swarmed Quagmire and beat him to death.

Kat was a member of the agency.
Quagmire was the killed by the angry mob, he was a Judge.
