The inhabitants of Local Town awake cheerful, for a change. The elusive Mobster was lynched the day before and the feeling of life going back to normal was contagious.

Unfortunately, something else was going around. Murder.

Several eye-witness reports from the night-owls at the tavern saw the Jailer run down an alley before transforming into a bat and flying away.

What's more, another member of the Agency, who fancied himself a pacifist, was hit by the Mob.

Jon has been converted to a vampire. He was the Jailer.

Benzine was killed by the Mob. He was the Gunner.
