We have another reveal that others are interpreting as a Priest, however there is another possibility that would suggest Zell is the bad over Benzine. Fixer feels unlikely as it's a one time use and a random target would feel weird.

This agency member has been compelled to move his opinion to that of Zell potentially being bad, until convinced otherwise.
