Playing Civ VI with Crystal last night. We did a game on marathon speed. I was playing as Arabia with a build focused on a combination of science & religion, with a little more emphasis on science for that research.

We also dealt with a lot of barbarians. There was a spot in the game where like 3 barbarian camps spawned in 3 consecutive turns. Also, the barbarians somehow managed to get horse archers very early in the game. It was ridiculous. -__-

I never really got into CIV, but I did used to love playing RTS games with other people.

I can't really remember who it was I'd play Star Wars Galactic Battleground with... Probably Maj.

The newer version of Star Wars (Empire at War) came out nearly 19 years ago and is still updated. It hovers around the top 300-350 on Steam charts which is pretty impressive.

I think I played Dawn of War with Jamie once? I definitely played Supreme Commander 2 with him. My strategy was to use him as a human shield whilst I built up an immense economy in peace.

For some reason I want to say I played Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds with @Nae'blis... But I'm not sure that's right. Swedish people don't play games.

I have a solid screenshot of my character in Fallout 4 sitting on a bench on the top of a building overlooking the area and a screenshot from FO3 with Tenpenny's head perfectly sitting on his lap. If I can find them, I'll post them. There's not on phone or on my imgur pictures, so I assume I haven't uploaded them.

Damn... Not only did I not expect to pull 2 wins out so close together, this one I ended up taking out 20% of the other players. And finishing with a crown.

I attribute it entirely to the other players sucking just a little more than I did.

Pretty close to my expectations, but I do like the series and I haven't played one for four years which makes it more acceptable.

I decided to upload the JXR file if anyone is interested in how different it is. HDR imagery is in a bit of a mess format wise. I'm not sure exactly what supports it, but I know the Photos app on Windows 11 does and I believe iOS does too.

From what I've heard so far, that's what this game is. Good not great. Repetitive and same old formula for AC. I love the franchise too, and will play the games. I will likely not play Yasuke at all unless he's forced on me from what I've heard. Naoe is more what I want from my AC game play than a brute force slow moving mountain.

No wins, but some kills and me getting capped around #10 a few times. Mainly bothered putting clips together because I bought a dinosaur skin.

GIMP doesn't know what to do with this filetype (even being recently updated), but Windows 10 Pro photos does. :shrug

Probably, but I don't care to.

I'd still have suspected an actual image manipulator to have more codecs than Windows though.

I bet VLC would have opened it.

Soooooo, how similar would Assassin's Creed Shadows be to like... Tenchu: Stealth Assassins?

Because the little I've seen about AC: Shadows made me remember how much I loved Tenchu, but don't wanna disappoint myself.

I could of course do my own research on reviews and stuff, but that's not as fun as just asking y'all.

Edit: Bushido Blade was also tight AF. I miss that title as well.

The endboard of my Unchained Yubel Fiendsmith deck on YGO Master Duel.

  • 3 monster negates from Apollousa
  • 2 disruptions (negate + pop a card) from Varudras
  • 2 on-field negates from Fiendsmith's Desirae
  • 2 Special Summon negates from D/D/D High King Caesar
  • 3 disruptions from Unchained Soul of Rage (link with opponent's monster into SP: Little Knight, which can banish a card on summon and again when the opponent activates an effect)
A total of 12 disruptions on board. Absolutely insane!

Haven't posted anything in a while. I've been trying to fight the bronchitis to be the worst Stormtrooper in this Star Wars season, because I don't constantly miss.
