For years we were also told the only way to make a living was to go to college. You wouldnt approve an 18 year old a 100k+ mortgage.

All went to hell when it was made so people couldnt declare bankruptcy on student loans and the costs sky rocketed.

It's a predatory system that the people at the top have convinced enough of the working class it is other working class people who are the issue

We need more Luigis!

Considering I haven't touched any of it since high school, I'm very surprised I still retain any of it.

Though honestly, the disdain for Swedish has since mellowed out and just being able to speak/understand another language is cooler. I still like the idea of learning Japanese or something over getting better at Swedish much much more and I haven't actually done anything with that either. :shrug

I bought the Genki books and downloaded a couple apps to help me learn Japanese.

I've put no effort into using them...

I've seen this before, it's heartwarming, sad, hilarious, and horrifying all at once.

You feel for the girl who was super excited to see clowns only to find no clowns. You feel for the dad who has to try to comfort his disappointed little girl while dealing with the stress of his coworkers finding out that he sees them as "clowns".

Also, clowns suck. I said it. Come at me.
