Memes for Ants (& Eye’s Most Favoritest Thread)

I will admit my dumb ass sat here trying to work out why "king king knight" sounded Australian for about 5 seconds.
Yeah it took me a moment too lol. Also I'm just now realizing that even though they clearly meant "check, mate" as the punchline, the picture is technically a stalemate 😂

Ahah, wild. I have this same image on my clipboard, coming here to steal it from Reddit, and it's the last thing posted 5 minutes ago.

Billionaires will become Trillionaires.
The upper class will become the new middle class.
The middle class will become the new lower class.
The lower class will become homeless.
The homeless will become hot dogs.

Oligarchy (from Ancient Greek ὀλιγαρχία (oligarkhía) 'rule by few'; from ὀλίγος (olígos) 'few' and ἄρχω (árkhō) 'to rule, command')[1][2][3] is a form of government in which power rests with a small number of people. These people may or may not be distinguished by one or several characteristics, such as nobility, fame, wealth, education, or corporate, religious, political, or military control.

I don't even keep up on vitamin intake. Also, vitamins don't come with annoying side effects that require taking more drugs that come with more side effects that require taking more drugs that come with more side effects and so on.
Most drugs have negligible side effects or the side effects go away once your body gets used to them.

Yeah... I feel that. I continue to find myself preferring to just wallow in depression rather than take something that makes my heartrate spike to where I actually feel like I'm going to die against my own will.

I DEFINITELY don't want to take something that alters my mental state.

I prefer to keep me me. Warts and all.

This is kind of misinformation. Unless you’re going on lithium for bipolar disorder or are overusing a lot of sedating drugs like benzodiazepines, it is unlikely it will alter your mental state. For some people, if a medication changes their personality, the dose is adjusted or the medication is switched. There are so many medications, for depression/anxiety/other mood disorders, that if one doesn’t work within a few months, your MD can switch to another one or lower the dose

About a year or so ago, I started sertraline(Zoloft) for some of the ancillary things that go along with my ADHD. Nothing has changed in my personality other than I am a slower to explosive anger
