I didn't realize that'd be a thing to be honest. Not a big deal, but definitely worth changing next game.

My thinking with the role was they would get the benefits of both sides.

Townie role where they could potentially prove themselves as good and Mob role, which comes with Mob group chat.

The downside is of course they have to stay alive. So do you pick one side and stay with it? Lead mob kills in the wrong direction so town wins? Be open with the Mob about your role and try to win with them?

Or do you keep it a secret and switch loyalties depending on how the game is going?

Agree that it could use work, but not sure how or what.

yeah that would've been the goal but i'd have taken a funny shooting (of a hopefully bad person) later on too. oh well.

if i had to fire it'd have been at dw or ben so i'm feeling good about the reads... but it just wouldn't have been funny enough yet.

I have not read this thread yet, so if there are spoilers, I don't know them at this point.

I grabbed Kut and TD because they jawed at each other most of day 1. I got a lot of info from them while locked up, but didn't give either a gun because I suspected one of them of being the double agent.

Upon everyone agreeing not to out me, Kut was pretty open with throwing my identity around day 2, which I think helped make me a target. Had one of them really been an armorer and provided me a gun... one of those bullets was headed Kut's way day 3. I locked up Kut/TD then Alu and Vash. I gave Alu the gun because once he cleared me, I thought there was a good chance he would kill Vash, who just felt suspicious and the seers clearing him weren't on my internal clear list. That and I really wasn't able to pay attention much day one and didn't see more than one clear on Vash.

In the end, I was right about Kut. But it's very possible TD is the Vampire. One of the 4 I locked up had to be.

If not, then Kut's outward saying I'm a jailer without saying I'm a jailer gave the Vampire me as a clear target.
