I'm a bit bummed out though cause Urza's Saga and Upheaval aren't in the game yet. I so badly want those cards in a commander deck centered around that card.

Arena doesn't release ALL cards sadly. It may be one they don't intend? I'm not sure.

They've slowly been bringing in some of the older cards through their historic & explorer packs. I think they want to take their time and bring them in gradually as the game grows.

Hmm, Flood of Tears is a card that's similar to Upheaval, but the big difference is this one doesn't bounce the lands back into the hand. That's not going to work for me. The whole point to having a card like Upheaval in the deck is to float a bunch of mana, then bounce everything back into our hands, including the lands so as to reset the entire board. I'd then replay all my mana rocks and get all my stuff back on the board while my opponent is forced to start all the way back to square one, putting them in a position where it's practically impossible to get back into the game unless they can ramp themselves.
