I am, Im on the wagon, remember?SIT DOWN
do you not remember shadow saying that all the time?I am, Im on the wagon, remember?
Honestly no, but I believe itdo you not remember shadow saying that all the time?
You could tell me Shadow said anything in all caps and I would believe itHonestly no, but I believe it
@Shadow. Confirm/denyhe said it out loud in CS constantly in that thick Louisiana accent.
I remember he'd always say "LOL" but it would sound like ale oh alehe said it out loud in CS constantly in that thick Louisiana accent.
Tbf tubby is probably asleep. It's like 2 am his time right?Dean, Tubby, and Holly haven't skipped yet. 3 of the wolf suspects. Are you guys really just gonna drag this out?
Well, Tubby is asleep.Dean, Tubby, and Holly haven't skipped yet. 3 of the wolf suspects. Are you guys really just gonna drag this out?
you could always just skip!I'm busy irl today, sorry guys. AC duct to my daughter's room is broken somehow and her room is 80. I'll try to catch up later, just want to make it known I'm not intentionally being silent.
This I definitely remember as I still say it in my head that way to this day.I remember he'd always say "LOL" but it would sound like ale oh ale
I guess the balance is in it being statistically improbable so no one believes them? It's still insane there were 3 aura seers, but even after that - this probably needs some rebalancing consideration.
and a guy with a gun and a plan.Since it seems I am dying today upon rereading, good game. And what a bizarre town. Just my luck I roamed into a town full of bloody psychics.
not in this case it wasn't.gg?
Although it may not matter here, I think it's better to just trust the revivee, don't reveal the other people, and use it to see who other people want to talk about.
Plus everybody has some kind of fancy role, there's no generic villager and no generic wolf. A lot of games I've played have a handful of special village roles and maybe 1 special wolf role.I think a number of townie roles are a bit too strong and on top of being able to tell people your role, it seems that the town has an advantage over the wolves and solos.
the town has no such advantage.Plus everybody has some kind of fancy role, there's no generic villager and no generic wolf. A lot of games I've played have a handful of special village roles and maybe 1 special wolf role.
Knowing the exact number of each (village, wolves, solo), makes it a lot easier too.
I agree - the town has a pretty big advantage.
not in this case it wasn't.
if I was going to take a shot, I needed to know what Alu knew to avoid hitting a townie. I need to know what cg/td knew to avoid hitting a townie.
or more importantly. it's because they revealed thst we narrowed down the wolves.
this game, not wolf, but zells version of it. pretty much REQUIRES role claiming at some point.
this was that point for this game. the list was narrowed and we needed to make the play.
I mean, could we have sussed out everyone? maybe. but it would've taken either all day or the next 2 days.I reckon the two of you could've steered away from that, but that's more than fair too.
When there are effectively at least 7 roles in the town that have some kind of role detection element to it, the wolves don't stand a chance.the town has no such advantage.
I say respectfully these first two wolf teams made mistakes. they need to be more aggressive, they need to take the risk.
I wish I had waited until I was wolf to do the strategy I did in this game.
the wolves need to false role claim, that's why the extra roles exist.
they need to make a plan and execute it.
gimme wolf with one other person willing to take risks and we'll see about that.
I disagree. because none of them grant exactly what anyone is. and the shaman disrupts THAT entirely. you didn't play the game with the shaman. it's very disruptive. When there are effectively at least 7 roles in the town that have some kind of role detection element to it, the wolves don't stand a chance.
how do you think people decided who to investigate? You and I were both quite wrong on our wolf guesses through Day 1 for the most part.
Day 2 was not behaviour reading or deductive reasoning, we were literally able to identify all of the bad guys due to forms of role identification.
That should not happen in day 2.
also the events of night 1 lead to me identifying the jailer.how do you think people decided who to investigate?
Kind of hard to miss with that many forms of role identification lolhow do you think people decided who to investigate?
I mean ants was doing a pretty good job and made a reasonable false claim. Until I verified vash it wasn't clear you were leaning in the direction of shooting ants because of the claim.I disagree. because none of them grant exactly what anyone is. and the shaman disrupts THAT entirely. you didn't play the game with the shaman. it's very disruptive.
I look forward to being a wolf and testing your hypothesis
I vehemently disagree. the day 1 activities lead to 90% of our information. NONE of the seer roles give clear enough answers on who's who except for the wolf seer.Bottom line - this town win wasn't some master play by us or poor play by the wolves, the odds were stacked in our favour.
ants was doing a great job. and like I said, every thing from day 1 set us up to get the last pieces of information from you and that set the table.I mean ants was doing a pretty good job and made a reasonable false claim. Until I verified vash it wasn't clear you were leaning in the direction of shooting ants because of the claim.
gimme wolf with one other person willing to take risks and we'll see about that.
